Very nice hotel. Very clean and the rooms have a nice room layout that is different than most rooms. I will be staying here next time I'm through.

Booked not knowing they were under renovation. Charged as much as the room for our pet. Supposedly "pet friendly". Rooms are dated. Breakfast was lovely and front desk was professional and friendly.

It was a fancy place with a very fancy breakfast area and a little coffee shop there. Although the downstairs rooms( where I stayed at) were big (except for the bathroom-it was claustrophobic) the TV did not have good channels and u had 2 pay for almost all of the movies. I wouldn't say that I loved the rooms on level 2, I only liked it. But I did love the lobby!

While the hotel seemed like it would be nice under normal circumstances, when we arrived, we were informed that the whole building was under construction. Our room (thankfully), was still very nice and of good quality. Also, thankfully, my kids didn't need naps, because there was hammering all day until about 6pm. The hotel staff was helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience. I just wish they would have informed us of the construction before we arrived.

Very nice room for the price. Not enough hot water for a shower, but the desk sent someone up and it was fixed quickly. Large sitting area with foldout couch. Fridge, coffee maker, comfortable king bed. Breakfast was good, but could have been better.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The shower was outdated with rust showing through the wall. Breakfast was good, but the staff had a tough time resupplying everything. Ran out of cups and plates on day 1. Ran out of knives, napkins, butter, and syrup on day 2. The staff is courteous and attentive. I just think there is too much going on during breakfast, since it is also the time people try to check out.

I love staying at Hyatt Hotels. I rack up my points and it's always a nice hotel. This hotel was nice as well but it was my least favorite Hyatt I've ever stayed at. The breakfast was okay. I wish there were more options. The staff was very nice. The room was big but the furniture was kind of ugly. The drain on the shower was clogged.. that's something the house keepers should check when they come in to clean. A big TV in the middle of the room for all to see that moves which was nice. The bed was a California King. It was comfortable but the pillows were trash. Over all a comfortable good stay but not my best Hyatt experience.

The complimentary breakfast is a nice convenience for the traveler. Otherwise the snacks and drinks are outrageously priced. The room has a fridge so bring your own.

Staff don't seem experienced or on top of situations but do work through it. Did make up for inconvenience with free appetizer at restaurant

Best place to stay in Crossroads. We are repeat customers and will stay here again next time we're in the area! Breakfast is great but it's also very close to Bob Evans and several other restaurants for dinner. This time we were here, the hotel was packed but we couldn't hear anything. Love the Hyatt!

Room 511 was clean, modern, and quiet. Breakfast on the other hand was a mess. We had breakfast around 8:45 am. There were no clean plates, repeat guests said it was the same the day before. The bowls that were out varied in cleanliness, from okay to ick. French toast was very tasty.

Awesome place.. bathrooms are small another bad thing is there is NO MICROWAVE in the rooms.. that sucks.. breakfast stops being served at 930 which isn't bad, room service is pretty good. It's close to alot of things and my fav place planet fitness is like 3mins away so that's convenient. I'd stay again for what it's worth.

I stayed at this hotel for ROTR and was able to get the best price here. This hotel is very modern and clean. The breakfast was also delicious which is surprising for a continental breakfast. My only complaint is that the staff wasn't very friendly.
