The staff was just great. I had a great breakfast and the room was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well managed, friendly staff. Only complaints are hot water in shower is like warm at best, and the breakfast was good waffles, fresh fruit but the eggs and sausage were terrible (how hard is it to cook an egg and some sausage]

Paid too much for this one. Just not satisfied. Took forever checking in even at 5pm!

The room is comfortable and clean, the gym and pool look good, and there are no bright lights in the parking lot directed at my window, so that's good. But the standard free wi-fi for Hilton Honors members is throttled down to 4mbps, so that's not so good I expect better. For $4 you can "more speed".

Great entry to the Hampton Inn. Service to check into a room was fast. Getting help with luggage to Hotel Room was nice. Everyone should book a room here for a vacation, just to check how nice it is.

The hotel pool had no jello mix to flavor the pool water. Their was also a lack of broken glass or riots for that matter. This made the aesthetic appeal of the hotel. I recommend staying in Seth house instead.

Nice newish looking Hampton that has a decent breakfast. While it's close to the turnpike, take your time while driving to it. The GPS actually had us driving in several directions. If you turn into the Best Buy and head right you'll work your way around the abandoned mall and find it.

Room was great size, and bed was very comfortable. Walk in shower was nice size. Breakfast was a little lacking, particularly the eggs. Overall, great experience.

The room is well equipped with mini fridge with freezer, microwave, bedside lamps have plugs, blackout curtains work surprisingly well. Free breakfast has a good spread including waffles, muffins/pastries, cereal, and oatmeal everyday and a steamtable that varies (omelet, scrambled eggs, bacon, veggie sausage). The location is convenient- right off the highway, though you have to wind around a shopping center to get to it.

Newly renovated rooms so it's pretty nice inside. It isn't concrete floors so try to stay on the top floor (4th) to avoid hearing people walk around. I've been woken up several times tonight by the people above me. They have fairly sophisticated climate controls with motion detection that aren't easily bypassed so if you like to be able to keep your room nice and cool when you sleep you might want to stay somewhere else. Good location to find places to eat nearby. Desk is a little small.

This is a nice hotel. It appears to have been recently renovated and the rooms are quite comfortable. Depending on which side if the hotel your room is on, you may get some road noise from the highway exit ramp. It is a very shirt drive to the local mall and several eating establishments. Coffeepots remained stocked all day and evening which is important to me. I would stay here again if in the area.

I was happy with the cleanliness, staff really attended to your needs without really being obnoxious about it, shoot i was even impressed w them having staff out there attending to the parking lot! The location was Elyria, Ohio right off the turnpike.. Also located by the mall and several well known restaurants.. From very affordable to expensive!! I WILL be back!!

The room was very nice it's a newer hotel so it should be. I have stayed at other Hampton inns that were older and cleaner. We stayed at this particular hotel 4 days and they only cleaned our room 1 time and never replaced the bed linens. The walls are also paper thin, we heard every conversation that took place in the next room over and I am sure they heard everything in ours too! Up to date appearance, friendly people, but not impressed with this hotel.
