  The staff is was absolutely wonderful! I really enjoyed my stay. My only complaint would be the television reception was off. A rain storm came in and the tv went out and then periodically continued to go in and out...maybe the satellite dish simply needs adjusting. But overall this was a great place and I would certainly return if for no other reason than the immaculate staff on hand! They were a wonderful delight!

  Our stay was by far the worst we have had there. Our room had roaches In it. And I had to call the front desk three times for tins of disturbance in the hall way from 230 am to 430 am. Finally after the third time calling the desk I guess the staff finally kicked them out. It was ridiculous. Barely got any sleep. I’m hoping future stays aren’t this bad. We stay here several times a month.

  Mario was a great help! He was very friendly and gave me no hassle when checking in. My room was also very clean. Love this motel 6 they have great customer service all of front desk was very nice and welcoming. Some women in house keeping are rude but other than that everything’s fine.

  Great night staff! Very very helpful. Really caring staff. Best hotel I've stayed in for a while. The rooms are nice. It is worth every penny!

  The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were all very polite and helpful. They were very pleasant. The location is EXTREMELY difficult to find even with GPS. There should be more signage near the intersection with Backlick Road. It was VERY frustrating driving around in the dark trying to find the access road and then almost getting stuck back on the interstate because there are many roads and not enough signs.

  the staff were outstanding very helpful, friendly. Raju ,wrasse outstanding show personal interest my stay and comfort. thank you for the wonderful time. I always chose Motel 6 when traveling.

  The guy at the desk was really helpful in providing me a window room that I can see my truck with. Only "not so good" thing I can say was not enough small towels in bathroom. It was only one. Other than that, stay was good. Could use a upgrade in sheets and blanket though.

  Love this hotel when coming to Washington DC which my husband and I do yearly. I love that this hotel has a coin laundry so I can do laundry before leaving to move on. The washers were out if service that is the only reason I give a 4. Staff is very friendly, room very clean, and the stay was very pleasant. I recommend this hotel.☺

  The rooms and the service were good.
  
  The physical location of the hotel made navigation in that location difficult.
  
  Several times we missed the appropriate exit ramp while approaching from the Northwest.
  
  It took some doing to navigate the T V. Suggest a controller manual be available.

  We like the modernized rooms with wood-like floors but there was a smell to the room that smelled like cleaner or deodorizer. We were disappointed that there was no refrigerator or microwave. The TV quality was very good. We like Motel 6's dog-friendly policy. It is very difficult to turn left or go straight on the access road to the hotel.

  Well the night staff at front desk was super kind and sweet. I said I would be there for 2 nights when I checked in and if anything changed I would let them know by 6am. Starting my stay I had no toilet paper in my room. I ended up needing to Stay and after discussing this 4 times with morning room service and front desk I still got bothered around 2pm saying I was supposed to be out by 12 at this point I was so irritated I packed up my belongings and left making sure to tell her i better not be charged for the second night as it was very rude. I'll stick with my usual cheaper room at the days inn. You should really think about microwave and fridge in the rooms for the price thats being charged. I don't know of any hotels/motels now that don't have them

  The location is excellent, right off I-95 and very close to shopping and restaurants. I have stayed here MANY times in the past few years. The rooms have been recently renovated, and they have recently upgraded their satellite or TV package and there is a HUGE selection of TV channels! Will definitely stay there again!

  Quick check in and fair price. Location is rather accessible and is very close to the action that Springfield VA has to offer as the mall is very accessible. Rooms look nice and are kept clean. The lobby however does not give that impression neither do the hallways.
