Just spoke with Blair and Kathy on the phone from the ER. They were very rude and uncaring with the situation I am dealing with. Staff needs to be trained in providing care and not being insensitive to people’s needs. I am very disatisfied with how my visit to the ER was on monday and how i was treated today. Trust me this hospital is a disgrace to healthcare. Mosaic only cares about money, not helping their patients. Customer service and caring for the patients should come first, Mosaic doesn’t care!

This place doesn't even deserve a star..was in the E.R. for 5 hrs with my fiancé,because her doctor advised we go to their due to the fact that the doctor said she could of been having a mini stroke. They are the most non-compassionate group of people i have ever had the pleasure of being around!!!! The nurses were just sitting around and having a gay old time like nothing mattered to them Not once did they try to make her feel comfortable and safe, they just came in and pushed buttons, poked her with needles and ran some expensive test with no explanation as to why or what for Everytime we would ask for a question their answer would be " I don't know" . People want a hospital that attends to their needs, not a hospital that attends to your wallet!!!!

I had open heart surgery. I am very pleased with Drs Hodges and Schwabe. It was my time on the cardiac floor that was very unpleasant. One nurse was extremely rude and condescending. She showed zero empathy for the pain I was in and gave me a hard time for not wanting to eat. Another nurse barely spoke to me at all and another nurse told me in no uncertain terms what I was going to do. They had the nerve to complain that I was uncooperative. I will never go back.

Had a appointment this Friday am. To get a Heart score done. Receptionist was very polite and professional. I showed up 40 minutes early, they got me in and out. The nurse that took me back talked me through every step, again very polite and professional. Made my first visit great. Great job ladies, I did appreciate it.

Dr. Parmar appears to have a blatant disrespect for his hippocratic oath by refusing to do a follow-up on a veteran with PTSD. His office wanted to violate the law and copy a military ID. When the veteran explain they could not copy the ID the office manager said, "Then you cannot see the doctor." Another office worker claimed to be in the military and told the veteran that they could copy it. The veteran had a medical authorization and validated the illegality of copying a military ID. But the office manager still refused to allow the appointment to take place. The veteran was insistent on seeing Dr. Parmar who eventually came out to the waiting room and told the veteran to get the hell out of his office. Not only did the doctor refuse follow-up care but his aggressive nature caused the veteran to flashback and exasperated the veteran's PTSD symptoms. Dr. Parmar may be an outstanding surgeon but his lack of professionalism when dealing with this veteran is appalling.

They have some nice staff but, be prepared for zombie debt, every one i know who goes here pays there bills and still gets collections notices for stuff they already paid in full anyways. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!!!

Very bad experiences there, staff have no idea what they are doing when it comes to appointments. I would recommend going here only if it's an emergency, otherwise drive to KC.

This was one of the most professional hospitals I have been to, and I am in healthcare. My family member was listened to and cared for by genuinely nice people, who were knowledgeable and helpful. Clean facility. And you can just tell everyone loves working here.

Dr. Norman Baade is the worst dr I've ever encountered. He is a pain management dr and I would recommend no one ever see him. He is the most uncaring callous human I've ever seen. He has no compassion for his patients. If you ever need a pain management physician do yourself a favor and don't go to him.

I've always had amazing care here. I have my regular care team here and have had two surgeries. My son was born here. The ER is usually timely and they take good care of me. I've seen some low reviews on here and I wonder what has happened to them.

Don't try to call and set up an appointment. For one they ha 15 nurses working and the whole hospital shuts down for lunch?! When you finally speak with someone to set up an appointment, after explaining everything they will have to call you back. I also hope you're 100% healthy because if you're sick they will set your appointment a week out and tell you to go to the ER if you get worse. So I guess you should treat the ER like a doctor

Switched hospitals and now driving 40 minutes to KC. Every single person I talked to on the phone had horrible attitudes. The scheduling desk for the office did not care about what the nurse said, they just scheduled me for 4 weeks after the nurse said I needed to come in. No one would change my record as they spelled my name wrong, first and middle. They had to collect my insurance every visit because it was "accidentally deleted" from the computer 3 different times. Overall I would rather drive an hour to have my baby then the five minutes down the street to this hell hole.

Worst experience in my entire life at an ER!! I go in for severe abdominal pain, after waiting 30 minutes to be checked in, I arrive to my ER room and see my doctor and nurse. They provide me no explanation of where the nurse call button is, zero empathy and the doctor asked 2 questions and left with the nurse. I'm curled up because the pain was debilitating, I'm dehydrated, I'm in tears and thankfully at this point I stopped throwing up. I received no fluids, no pain medicine and no assistance for the entire time I was there! Not one nurse checked on me. After 2 hours I look outside my room because I needed to go to the restroom and I see my nurse has her phone out. I open my door and call down the closest nurse to get some water, find the bathroom and get a pad because I was bleeding severely. At this point I provide my urine to the nurse since they needed to do a test. Why couldn't they have gotten my urine 2 hours ago when I arrived? Finally after going back to my room I finally get my nurse to come in my room and I ask for some water again. 30 more minutes pass by and I finally get my water in this small cup. In total it took 4 hours to get a urine test and a small cup of water. I was in so much pain that I just took my over the counter aspirin to help that was in my purse, after I felt okay I just left because the nurse wouldn't help, I only saw the doctor once and I received no explanation of what was going on. It was a waste of time and if you're a nurse and customers are paying thousands of dollars to get help. Do not pull out your phone at work and text people. I don't even care if you're checking the time. Do not ever go to their ER!!!
