Is it just me or is this place difficult to contact? I’ve called the office at 1:15.. they were at lunch and wouldn’t return until 2pm. Okay.. that’s fine. Called back at 2:24 to make sure they had time to come back and be refreshed.. They were in a meeting until 2:45. Tried to call a THIRD time at 3pm and just no answer. Idk if I even want this place to take my wisdom teeth out.

First the lady at the front desk was loud and rude, no professionalism amd MAJOR HIPPA violations. Since its a family owned business anything goes. The Dentist had NO BEDSIDE MATTER! We waited almost an hour before being seen and the cost i think they make up. They only do extractions so they seem like an assembly line, no kind of real care for the patient. I will be calling the state for a compliant and investigate their practice. Call around and get another doctor, NOT THIS PRACTICE.

The Dentist and Staff were GREAT! I was extremely nervous, 4 teeth, top and bottom, (3 wisdoms) extracted; They Made me feel very comfortable. I felt nothing! Yay! Dentist had Great bedside manner! Thank You Good people! All positivity here!😁Sincerely Ms. K. Klinefelter

The entire practice was amazing. I had to have an emergency appointment as a new patient. The young ladies at the front desk were so helpful and patient with my situation. Once I was taken to the back, Emmanuel Wilson did my X-Ray and my extraction. He made me comfortable and was so gentle. I am TERRIFIED of dentist because of a previous bad experience. I have to have another extraction done and I am requesting Mr. Wilson do that one for me as well. Dr. Morrison came in and checked on me and made sure I was comfortable and well. I recommend anyone needing an oral surgeon go see them. The only complaint I had was how cold it was. But understanding the equipment and facility has to be cold to prevent germs and critters, I will be cold any day. Totally amazing group of people. Front desk young lady even remembered me the next day and asked how I was doing. Simply Amazing!!!

I have been a patient of Morrison and Morrison for going on ten years. I have experienced nothing less than perfect professionalism in this time. If it was not for Dr. Morrison I would still be suffering from severe migraine headaches in which he cured by performing reconstructive jaw surgery on me nine years ago. I have had no issues regarding insurance filings. As with most doctor offices there is your occasional longer wait time than others. This all depends on the patient before you and the staff making sure the patient’s needs are met before they leave. As a patient I prefer my nurse and/or doctor giving me their best instead of hurrying me out the door to bring in the next patient. Morrison and Morrison also offer two other locations than their Kempsville office for those who may need more parking or chairs in the wait room. Not only will I continue to be a patient, I will continue referring new patients.

While the service was OK, The insurance people are aweful. They will not submit aperwork ,return phone calls or follow through. No x-rays have been submitted to my insurance company, will not provide documentation and keep submitting the same paperwork every month. They have not yet submitted the anestesia portion to medical and dental will not pay for it. I can get no where after 10 months. Apparently it is too much effort to do their job. Please spare yourself and use another practice. I agree with the man who offered that it might be some kind of front business.
