There aren't enough words to describe the respect, trust and confidence our family has for Michael and his team. Having been in this business for 20+ years, I never though I would be the one who would need to find an attorney to represent my daughter in a catastrophic injury lawsuit - an event that changed all of our lives forever.

A good attorney knows the law. A great attorney knows the law and how to understand and communicate with clients in a way that is like speaking to a friend or family member. It is a gift, not something that most attorneys have. The ability to listen, empathize, and make a client feel as if they are the only case in the office, is rare. When tragedy happens, friends and family come out in droves, but when daily life takes hold again, those left behind are left to pick up the pieces on their own. Michael was always available, even if it was just for a crying session.

There are so many - too many, attorneys in Florida who are average or just out to make a quick buck or take advantage of their clients' lack of knowledge of the civil legal process to where the clients just become a file number. I had a minor accident with some body injuries, and vehicle damage and really didn’t know who to go to for a lawyer. From the moment I was into contact with the team I felt very welcomed and I felt like my case mattered to them. From the start to the finish of the entire process everything was detailed and explained to me in a way where I knew exactly where the case was and what the future steps were. I received a lot of positive communication from everyone at the firm, who on multiple occasions called to make sure my recovery was going well and if there’s anything they could do to help. Lawyers tend to get a bad name because people assume they all just want money, but I can tell you that this firm is not like that and they care about the person and getting proper compensation for their clients.
