I bought school uniforms from them that had to be ordered in October last year. They told me that they called me to pick them up in November. I do not recall getting that call. They never followed up. My fault for not following up on this to make sure I had everything, but this was a pretty busy time of year for me and this was a back order with other things I picked up at a couple of times as embroidery or hemming was completed. When I picked up a couple of pairs of pants I ordered in August this year, they said, "Oh we found these you didn't pick up last year." I was kicking myself for that until I got home and found out they didn't even have the school logo on them, so they weren't even ready for me to pick up and this was 10 months later! The staff were completely unwilling to do anything and only after I fussed did they say that I could talk to the owner. He called me and said that because they were hemmed he couldn't do anything. I suggested that he could have them hemmed and sale as shorts, but he said all he could do was put an iron on logo on the pants (these pants that no do not fit). He was rude and did not even try to help. I am out $200. Additionally, we bought polo shirts from them that have had the seams come undone with only minimal wear. There are a lot better uniform shops to work with in Dothan! I will be taking my school uniform business to our alternative supplier!!

My son is starting nursing school at Wallace College. Not only were they informative, but also supportive and helpful.
