  I do not usually do poor reviews. It really has to be bad for me to post publicly. My mom and I have 2 complaints filed at the state against this facility. They will be issuing them citations for neglect, overmedication of my mother, and not cleaning her room for nearly 6 months thereby allowing an infestation of german roaches in her room. My mom lived in filth. After the overmedication she wasn't as active and ended up getting a pressure wound. It became so bad that even after 4 months of treatments she ended up in the hospital with a major infection that required IV antibiotics for 6 weeks. When I asked when her room was going to be cleaned and treated, they started coming up with excuses, said her dogs couldn't live there anymore, and then filed a discharge and EVICTED her. I would make sure you are visiting your relative often IN THEIR ROOM and making sure the staff are letting you know of ANY medication changes. My mom's meds were changed so many times and I never was told what was going on. Also the Dr/NP that treat patients here are still doing zoom. So if they had been in person, they would have caught my mom's sore much sooner. The place smells badly, carpets need replacing throughout the main living spaces, walls needs painting throughout, and FYI per several residents who personally told me, the food is still not good. At one point residents had a hotdog for dinner. Just the hotdog on a bun. They sure do have a lot of work to do at this place. The nursing staff and director are not very kind or understanding and we do not feel they adequately cared for my mom at all. The state citations should definitely be a wake up call for them that they are there to CARE for our parents and relatives and NOT neglect them, and that COMMUNICATION is KEY for preventing issues. Especially when they see our relatives daily.

  The staff is wonderful and always seem happy and excited to see everyone, very welcoming to all visitors. Executive Director Jennifer has done a wonderful job ensuring that the facility is very well maintained, and the staff is professional. She is a great director !

  The Staff is wonderful and always seem happy and excited to see everyone, very welcoming to all visitors. The Wellness Director Linsey is so caring and attentive to all the residents. Executive Director Jennifer has done a wonderful job ensuring that the facility is very well maintained, and the staff is professional. The Community Relations Specialist Ana is a terrific representation and is excellent in explaining how daily life is at Morada. All Activities are enjoyable and personable to everyone involved. Kudos to all the staff.

  The Morada North Richland Hills is super awesome. The staff there are kind and generous. The facility is always very clean and smells amazing. We love it there. Thank you all for your kindness. I want to especially thank Jen.

  The staff is great! They have been so caring since the day I moved in. Activities are plentiful and great! We have a beautiful garden that James helped us start. The garden is a great addition to our outside space. I've met some great friends and neighbors here, too!
