It is a delight to service the residents at the Morada. Their team always welcomes our team with open arms and makes them feel part of their family. It is always neat and clean, and a place I would recommend to anyone.

My mother has stayed here for years. We both just Love it!!! Recently I stayed 4 days in a guest room they have. It was great. I was able to be close to mom but not underfoot. I will definitely stay again. If you are looking for a place, no need to look any further!!

Beautiful building and friendly residents. The food is amazing with a varied menu. Activities y calendar is busy with outings to the symphony, restaurants, and of course Bingo!

My grandma moved here a couple of months ago. So far it's been a nice place. Had minor issues and brought them to the attention of the director. She addressed them and they were corrected. There seems to be a ton of activities.

My Mom has lived here for almost 2 years. I am there at least once a week and everything is always nice and clean. This is independent living and they also have a company called Senior Helpers for more assisted living needs. The handyman Brett is a saint! He listens and comes and fixes TVs, clogged toilets and other issues. He has been so patient with my Mom when she needs help and has always been super kind. She has had some minor issues (there was an ant invasion) that were handled right away.
The ladies that work for Senior Helpers are so patient and kind and the owner Steve has been a partner with me in making sure Mom is safe and healthy. Great community of people. The Pantego Fire Department keep a watchful eye on the folks living there and they get called each time one of the residents falls, to make sure they are okay.
I have eaten in the dining room several times and found the food delicious and the staff gracious. We were there Sunday for an outstanding Easter Brunch.
When Mom lived with us she was limited in the things she can do. Now the Waterford takes care of driving her to the store and bank and saves her from cooking meals. If you are looking for something in the area, please at least visit, I think you will see it is a great place.
