If it wasn't an almost emergency, I would not have come here..but it was convenient and close to home. The person at the desk, David, is VERY unprofessional and i am not even sure he knows how to do his job efficiently. I am surprised he has people who work the same time he is here.. To have the phone ring and to watch him go out to the garage and yell at the guys out there "can one you guys that are just standing around answer the phone" while there are customers around is absolutely not right!!!! He should NOT be left alone!!! There are other things I witnessed while waiting that are beyond belief. He is rude and really needs to work on his people skills and his computer skills because no matter how many times you beat the mouse on the counter it will not make the system to any faster. I will say being able to speak with the person who actually worked on my vehicle and the end result was the best of the whole experience. Melvin is an AWESOME employee and treated this customer as a person and not some annoyance. Many many kudos to Melvin and thank you for making this experience bearable at the end!!!! Melvin would get 5 stars from me..

Stopped in today because my valve stem broke on my 2009 Dodge Journey. The man told me it would be $80 to replace it because it has a pressure sensor in it. I believe he saw me as an uneducated woman & knew I needed it fixed now so he was going to try to sell it to me for an overpriced amount! I called Walmart tire and lube. Guess what they replaced it for $10! I slowly drove there and got it done. I will never return to Mooresville Auto & Tire service!

Tried to charge me $400 for a ball joint replacement. Then tried to charge me $600 for an alternator and battery but i didnt need the battery in the first place the one i have is brand new. Overpriced, Liars and crooks dont go there.

Great service, reasonable prices, got me in and out and worked around my schedule. Two thumbs up guys. Been going to these guys for 10 years. Small stuff like tires to axle seals and stuff I hate doing on my own.

Absolutely the worst place to take your car. If you like to keep your money, do not go here! These fools have no idea what they are doing. They will rip you off over and over again! They got us for over $1,000 "fixing" it, when the issue ended up being a $75 fixand still tried to get another $200+.go somewhere else!!!!
