The picture on the internet look nothing like what it did in person. Clear coat pealing off. Hood looked like it was gravel blasted. Look old and beat. Salesman's reply was well it is used.

My sonata broke down and needed a new engine. When I called to bring in my car, I was told that they wouldn't even look at my car for a week, and they "don't do loaners." I later found out that because of the class action, Hyundai dealerships are required to not only pay for the parts and labor for the new engine, but also supply a loaner. I attempted to call back and speak to a manager 3 times, leaving a message each time, and 3 months later have not received any communication. Bowser Hyundai in Chippewa took care of everything for me, and were superb. Moon's Hyundai is about 12 minutes from me and Bowser is 45. Absolutely worth the longer drive to go to a place that is responsible and treats their customers fairly.

If you are in the market for a Hyundai and happen to live in Moon Township don't pass this place up. They have a huge inventory to meet your needs. And if their sales and service equates to the shear beauty of their showroom you won't be mistaken.

Took a test drive Wednesday. Salesman working with me and I discussed his working hours so we could purchase the car with my husband. Had an appointment. Salesman even called to confirm appointment. Get there for my appointment, he has double booked with a second buyer. Calls me dear, assures me its my car but needs to hear this guy out too. Asked if he just walked in? No, he asked for an appointment and he thought he'd see who he could get the better deal from. But don't worry, "dear", its your car.

I have good credit and 1/3 the purchase price as a down payment. No haggling, paying sticker. Thanks for wasting half my week. And pat yourself on the back. This car was for me. I have a son going to college in a year, he needs one. The car I bought was to be given on to son 2 in 4 years when he goes to college. At that point we would need 2 more cars. You blew this sale and all future business with my family.

WARNING!!!! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. I have never received such horrible service. Brand new car having issue got my car home the first day and the seat was stained not to mention the brake issues. anyway Now I go in with a flat tire and i haven't had my car back for days. I told them to do an inspection as well as fix the tire and they call me back saying I need all this work. THE CAR HAD NOTHING WRONG BUT A FLAT TIRE. They somehow shorted out my electrical system and now had to replace the battery and window motor and some lights.Who knows what else is wrong with it now. Not the first time I've had issues always have gone back because some people are helpful. Not now. atleast they will get the money from the warranty department. Probably the only way this place is still in business. WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!
