I visited this place three times. On all three occasions the pipe tobacco was wet and sub par. Trying to dry it out only made it stale. On my most recent visit I mentioned to the clerk that the tobacco was wet and his only response was, "That's news to me." He didn't check the tobacco and dismissed it, he had no knowledge about his merchandise and the selection was horrific. This is easily the worst tobacco shop in the history of the business.

For a novice cigar smoker I felt good about this place.. Sometimes shops and sales staff can be intimidating but the staff was helpful and even pointed out some cigars that where great! I'm going to be coming back here a lot

Awesome cigar lounge. Humidor is huge, an upstairs and downstairs with plenty of comfortable chairs. The place is super clean and the staff was very friendly. HIGHLY, recommend!

I'm not sure I want to leave a review hereI'm not saying that to discredit them, but I kind of want to keep this place a secret. But if I must I mustthey have the best cigar collection I have seen in Albuquerque. The VIP area is great for gatherings or if you're looking for a nice place just to sit and be for a few hours, while smoking that great cigar you just picked up. They usually have pastries and coffee which both go well with said cigar. On a side note they also carry really nice pipes and pipe tobacco so if you're not a cigar smoker they may have something that may interest you. If anything come down for the good conversation, the laughs and a warm welcome!

I love this place i come in here frequently to buy good cigars, much better than the crap i was smoking at the Gas Stations in town. I hope the owners are reading this BECAUSE I LOVE THE BARGAIN BIN !!!!! you can get a decent smooth cigar from that bin for like 5 or 6$ and for a broke college kid like me this is nice. I love this place and support them 100% please keep the bargain bin around so that some of the more financially challenged can enjoy a good smoke. Also if you have a bit of extra cash to spend they have better brands at fair prices as well. Love this place, if you like cigars you will enjoy this little shop.
