I went in here asking for a certain type of white wine for my wife. He said they did not have it, which is fine, but when I asked if he had any other wines comparable to it, mentioning it was sweeter than most mascato wines we've had, he snobbishly looked at me and decided to speak down to me saying all are sweet and immediately removing himself from the conversation before even offering a different selection.

This place is for people who like the smell of their own brand. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

Best wine store I've ever been in. Amazing selection and the owner has an endless amount of knowledge on wine yet somehow manages to be completely non-elitist or snobbish about it. A rare combination, indeed. If you want wine this is the place to go in Wooster.
