  If you like working with children have at it.
  They don't care about there employees an they will find anyway to screw you over. Heard lot of story's from other employees, screwing them on pay, an by the sounds of it if your not in the inner circle an dont kiss ass they won't hesitate to screw you over if they can.
  Worked for them got in a disagreement on working with someone that said they would cause violent harm toward me. Simply asked not to work with that guy.
  
  If you do work for them don't mention that some of the blueprints don't have weld symbols they attend to get a little but hurt an throw a fit.
  
  I would highly recommend you find another shop to work for. look else won't pay you enough to put up with there childish people.
