The food was superb and they have more than pizza there. They have options for people who are on a diet and have certain needs for food. The service was good. They kept our drinks full. All in all a good experience.

Monicals has always been my favorite pizza.until recently the pizza was out standing. Thursday December 21, 2017my family ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered to 1505 south second Mattoon Illinois..my pizza did not have enough of the toppings I usually receive and the crust wasn't done. For as expensive as these pizzas are I expect a much better quality than I received. If I don't hear back or receive some sort of restitution I will not be buying anymore Monical's pizza.😑

Food was way too high ordered for carryout and pizza is cold. If they want to charge 50 dollars for 2 pizzas then they at least better make sure they are hot. Not excusable!

Ordering was not a problem and the table service was fine but we did not get our salad or drinks and we had to to ask for them. They said the order got lost. must say the manager apologized and got our food out quickly.
