Wonderful customer service. Had an issue with some Lund seats, and was promptly taken care of. Angie was a pleasure to deal with, very attentive, and got my problem solved.

I found out about Hennepin Marine from the internet.
I was searching for a Bayliner 197 Deck boat.
I called and spoke to Rich, for more information on the boat.
I told him I was 6 hours away but was serious about this boat and I was willing to take the drive.
Rich said let me send you more pictures before I made the drive to make sure I was fine with the condition of the boat, it is a used boat. The pictures looked great we make a deal over the phone than I booked super 8 motel near by about 20 minutes away. Went to the Bank to get my Cashiers Check and Told Rich I would be their in 2 days. Please hold the boat till I get there. I would have no problem giving a good faith deposit. Arrived at the dealer around 10 am met Rich and he took me in back to view the boat. The boat was better than I expected. I told Rich yes I want it let's to the paper work. The guys working in the service area showed my husband all about the boat and how to work it and put the covers on and secure the boat for the long drive home we had back to Michigan. This dealership is in really small town, but don't let that fool you. The Dealer was much larger than I expected Well it was really big, with old fashion customer service, that is not heard of anymore. Well worth the drive. Even great customer service after the sale. We got the boat home uncovered it to to play with it and could not find the pole for the table. I emailed Rich and told him the table pole was missing he said take a picture of mounting bracket in the floor of the boat so he would know which one we would need. Well after more investigation, my husband found the pole to the table and it was not missing. Boy was it nice if the table pole was missing he was going to make sure we had one. I live in the big City and they would think you were lying or would not want to deal with you after the sale. I usually don't write reviews but the customer service from Rich and Nick and the guys in the back were GREAT!
Can't wait for summer to drive my boat.
I told them see you in 5 years for my next boat, I would do the drive again it was worth it.
