This place has been a solid choice for a good, authentic Thai meal since my first visit several years ago. This trip was no different than usual, with high quality food and an upscale setting (cloth table coverings and napkins, nice decor, and robust silver and glassware).
Why not 5 stars?
This trip was a bit slower than usual, and the spice level has been very inconsistent visit over visit. Medium this time meant no discernable spice at all, but last time it was nicely spiced. Similar was the flavor profile of the currytasty, but maybe a bit heavier on fish sauce than usual. My wife and I actually swapped dishes because it was enough off that it was not enjoyable to what she was expecting.
Also, don't expect a value meal here. We had a lunch special a piece, a Thai tea and Thai coffee, and was over $40 for 2 after tip. Good food, but I have had equally as good food for about 1/2 of that.

My boyfriend and I stopped here for lunch. The food was tasty and flavorful. It is fine dining, therefore the prices are higher than most Thai restaurants.
The downfall about our visit was that our waitress and many other waitresses were not hospital at all. We're a younger couple, but we were dressed casual. There was another older guest that came in khaki shorts and a T-shirt that was served and attended to better than us.
We had finished our meal and had only been offered one water refill when I had asked for the bill. It was not a busy lunch hour. Unlike the other guest, we were not checked on. Also, the waitress that took our order did not wait for us to customize our food such as the level of spiciness. There were about five tables of guests including ours.
I do not understand why the staff here were not attentive and hospital since it's fine dining. We did not tip due to poor service.
I do not recommend this place only because I have been to better Thai restaurants that provide the same flavors at a cheaper price and better service.response / report this review -

We went there for our Anniversary and had a great experience. The customer service was above and beyond. God bless the people that work there. Everyone is so hardworking. We will definitely go there again.

Wow! Super food, lovely people.
My sweetheart and I had a really spectacular dinner at the bar (should have made reservations!) and will return often as the food and team were amazing. Nothing was too salty or too sweet, as can sometimes be a problem at other Thai restaurants. Everything was fresh, flavorful, not greasy. Our meal was well-balanced and terrifically flavorful. Just so very delicious! Nick created great cocktails with care and was gracious host at the bar. He was attentive, careful to ask our preferences and check in, but also careful to let us have space. Really wonderful service. And it was an extra treat to meet the lovely Chef Nahm, who came out from the kitchen to say hello and greet guests. Amazing restaurant! Great for lunch and dinner! Huge servings, heart and soul taste in every dish I ever ordered here, reasonable prices for value The presentation is consistently top notch. It pains me to see negative reviews here from people who have no business eating out. If you don't tip the 18+ % for what you claim to be AMAZING service, you don't need to be hurting this small business owner with your review.

After going to Thailand for our honeymoon, this place was very reminiscent of some of the little experiences we received over there. The flowers in every dish that came out, the floral arrangements everywhere, the aroma of Thailand, but most importantly the food. We had picked up some little sayings in Thailand so we greeted our server with their customary greeting and she responded with a huge smile and said it back. The authenticity in this restaurant even goes as far as the serving staff. We had convos with our server Joy all night about Thailand. Every dish was sooo well-flavored and cooked to perfection. There was consistency in every dish, including the appetizers and desserts. The drinks were delicious. The chef and owner came out and visited every table to see how the experience was which was very delightful. This restaurant is not just about food but about an experience. Cannot wait to return.

Best Thai food I have ever had. Fresh ingredients prepared to your spice level. Veggie Green Curry is my hands down favorite. Staff is all very friendly and attentive. You must try it

The room-mate and I stopped here to try to wait out the traffic insanity for the hour long drive home. I'm ashamed to admit in my tired state I didn't look closely other than the rating and how close it was. We felt very underdressed for this place (we had on 'around the house' type clothing, and this is a business casual at least type place). Yes, it's pricier than the Thai places we're accustomed to on our side of town. But the service was excellent, and so was the food, and the portions were quite generous. The next time we think we might eat there, we'll be more appropriately dressed!

WOOOOOOW! This place was just absolutely amazing. The food was great and the server was fantastic, she made sure throughout our meal that we were satisfied. So you might be asking yourself, "Why is this dude giving the restaurant a one-star review when it obviously deserves better?" Let me explain. So at this SUPERB restaurant,me and my family had a wonderful meal and even paid the bill and leaved a tip that was decent and respectable. We were just leaving and discussing how the night had been great, when the waitress decided to stop us. We thought, "She must be thanking us for the tip" and that would have been perfect. However since this is a one star review, you already know that's not what happened. She stopped us and first asked, "Was there anything wrong with my service?" to which we replied ABSOLUTELY not. She then went on to tell us how this restaurant was considered "fine dining" and that the tip should be between 18-20% of our total bill. I have been to fine dining restaurants on multiple occasions and if this place was really fine dining then the waitress wouldn't have stopped us on our wait to talk about a raise on the tip. You might think this is the end of this review, but I assure you it's not. When we said weren't going to leave that high of a tip, the waitress made racially charged comments pertaining to my family's Indian ethnicity, her comments were along the lines of, "This 8-10% might cut it in India, but in our fine dining restaurant it doesn't even meet the bar." TALK ABOUT CLASS AND COMPOSURE FOR A WAITRESS THAT WORKS AT A FINE DINING RESTAURANT. First, I highly doubt she's even been to India, second, if you don't have a Michelin Star you have no business talking to a customer about a tip raise that high. So if you love to eat good food and love to give a respectable tip, please understand this is not the place for you.

Best Thai I've had in the area, also one of my favorite restaurants in general. Good variety on the menu, good drink selection and a really nice atmosphere. The wait staff are super polite and professional. The food is also presented really beautifully so if you're into taking pictures of food you will probably be thrilled.
The vegetarians I know seem to really love the vegetarian options, so it's convenient when accommodating them.
It gets pretty busy so you will probably want to call ahead and get a reservation or be prepared for a wait.response / report this review
