Great! I have a sesame seed allergy and they are always very careful. The sushi is great and the service is fantastic! They always do extra little things. It’s the best overall sushi restaurant in NJ in my opinion!

The food was nice and the staff members were nice. They served the food in about 10 minutes. And there was soup for us to drink in those 10 minutes.

I go here every year for my mother's day dinner. The sashimi platter is amazing, and if hou order a large meal they usually give you a free pineapple chunk at the end. However, don't skip on dessert, get the green tea ice cream! They have gluten free soy sauce and informed me that the soup and salad were NOT gluten free which was a bummer but I'm glad they told me. Also try the Japanese soda at least once. It's fun! Requires a weird way to open. Wish they had kid's meals but my son gets the shrimp tempura appetizer and salmon roe and is happy. The place is a bit pricey though, probably due to location.

The best japanese restaurant in Rio. Choose fresh fish of the day displayed in the board. Since it's not in a trendy neighborhood the prices are not exorbitant. Awesome.

Friendly staff. Great sushi, brightly lit and busy interior. Not very cozy but it's about the food.

Solid local Japanese restaurant. Staff is extremely friendly and ambience I a respectable attempt at creating an authentic japanese dining experience. The food is consistently good and with the exception of sushi/sashimi purists, most Japanese food lovers should expect a positive dining experience. Sushi/sashimi fare is good. There are creative and tasty rolls if that is your fancy. The cooked dishes actually taste like my mom's old home cooking and my personal draw. In my opinion, they do a solid job with the hot plates and especially with their nabeyaki udon, perfect on those cold nights. Give it a try with an open mind and bring a generous serving of BYOB.
