Good prices, and salesman Gregory was great. Worked with me to get a great mattress set, under budget. When there was an issue with delivery, manager Brad was incredibly helpful in resolving!

My husband and I needed a new mattress and decided we would visit this Mattress Firm location. We were pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable the experience was. Klaus was friendly and very informative and took the time to make sure we were getting what we wanted, and at a good price. I would highly recommend stopping here if you're in need of a mattressand ask for Klaus! He's the best.

If you're anything like me the last thing you want to do is go mattress shopping. Luckily for me when I walked in to mattress firm I found this gentleman named Ronni. Not only does he know the product they carry but he also has more patients than anyone I've ever met. I must have tried out ever mattress in the store and never once did he try and rush me out with something I wasn't going to like. That being said if your in the market for a new bed you have to stop by this place. Don't forget to ask for Ronnie because he's the best and I love my new mattress !!!

Warm and welcoming experience. Knowledgeable staff member who helped us stay within our price range. The employee we worked with was also great about helping us tie the mattress and boxspring to our car so we could get it home. Overall great experience and would highly recomend.

I had purchased a bed in December that wasn't working out, after speaking with Klaus on the phone in Feb. trying to figure out the exchange process; Klaus explained that sometimes the problem is with the pillow. I finally made it into the store yesterday (3/11/17) and after lying on the bed I had purchased Klaus was able to immediately identify the issue was physiological (as in the bed I had purchased wasn't effectively supporting my hips and my ribcage). We then spent the next 20min where he did an excellent job of suggesting better beds to fix the problem of support until we narrowed it down so I had 2 great options to choose from which were both worlds better then the first bed I had originally purchased. He went above and beyond with my 2 toddlers (shared some yummy chocolate from Germany!) and worked to make sure I got a great refund from the exchange. The original salesperson who sold me the mattress back in December wasn't still there when I first called in Feb. (perhaps because of the switch over from Sleepy's?) but Klaus was FAR AND ABOVE a much more informed and helpful salesperson. He clearly has a lot of knowledge regarding the human body and the things it needs during sleep, as well as the different mattress options to help provide the best sleep possible. I never felt he was trying to get me to buy the most expensive option, but instead was giving me all the options across the price spectrum and then gave me the space to let my body laying on the mattresses determine which was best. I have already recommended this store to family, go see them, and ask for Klaus!!!
