Wanted a maintenance cut and a dye for long hair. Set up appointment through their website. Had an email exchange about what cut and color I was looking for so the stylist was prepared when I arrived. She explained each step and showed me the dye color (dark blue). Afterwards, she explained the care needed to maintain the color. I'm incredibly happy with the results and would go again.

I didn't know this hair salon but the moment I got there everyone very friendly and NIKOS did a great job cutting and styling my hair. I got exactly what I was looking for plus a nice natural conversation with him during the process. Definitely will come back for next haircut and color! Thank you

I booked an appointment for highlights & cut. As someone who is very sensitive about their hair since I’ve got a tons of curls, I am always a little anxious when I go into a salon. Effie put me at ease quickly & discussed the color & cut I was looking for. We also had nice conversation that wasn’t forced. My shampoo was nice and relaxing and Effie took great care to chat with me about my options.
It was a little pricy, but I’ll pay it happily for the relaxed, clean environment & a beautiful cut/color by an experienced professional.

I love this place. I recommended a friend here and it’s her regular salon now as well. I came here once in 2019 (then moved out of state) and again this week since moving back to DC. This salon and their stylists are just as perfect as I remember. They do an incredible job at looking at a picture and replicating exactly what you ask for.

Wonderful! I read the great reviews of Miracles in the City and thought, well, it's worth a try. I have been to many places with great reviews and disappointing results. Not this time--amazingly good haircut and blow dry for a really reasonable price on top of it all.! Effie was friendly and really knew what she was doing. She listened and understood. The salon is unpretentious and perfect. A lovely all-around experience. I highly recommend Miracles in the City. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
