I think I have written three reviews in my entire life and I really had to take a moment to say how amazing Dr. Lanna and her entire staff are. She legitimately cares about her patients. Her personality and genuineness are even more magnified in person. She takes her time, she explains everything and she is a perfectionist in the best way possible. In addition to her considerable skill, Dr. Lanna treats her staff with the respect and kindness of a family. Everyone is skilled and takes their time. You won’t feel like a number. I enjoyed my experience thoroughly. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lanna and her team. Thank you!

Dr. Lanna is not only amazing at what she does, but she is by far the sweetest. I always leave her office feeling great and feeling beautiful. She explains each and every step and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout your entire treatment. I’ve been going to her for 3 years and I would not trust anybody else with my face! Run, don’t walk to see Dr. Lanna - trust me, you will never look back!!!

I’ve been to Dr. Lanna’s office several times now and I have nothing but great things to say. All the staff is very friendly and kind, thoroughly explain treatments and other services they have available that you may want to try out to achieve your goals. Dr. Lanna has the hands of an angel and rest assured her other injectors do as well. I have personally been injected by Dr. Lanna and could not ask for a better one. She was able to achieve the look that I was going for and I never looked “too done”. She is truly a kind person and a great listener with the loveliest hands!

The beginner toxin and fillers course was exactly what I was searching for as a new injector. Didactic material was provided in advance so I was able to review it and arrive well prepared for a truly hands-on training session. Christina is an amazing instructor. With the arrival of each scheduled patient, I was able to actively participate in assessing the patient, formulating a treatment plan and the best part was having Christina right there coaching me through each procedure. In between patients, we were able to review the important points of the didactic material along with helpful practice tips. I left the training feeling confident and ready to put my newly acquired skills to use. I also received before and after pictures and videos. Christina is great at responding to questions and it is reassuring to know that I can reach out for advice or assistance. I look forward to future training with Face Med Spa training

Dr. Lanna and her office staff are professional, kind and treat each patient as VIPs.
Wonderful customer service skills.
Dr. Lanna is a well trained MD with her PA- Cynthia, who both have an eye for beauty and the face from the neck up. They help men and women look and feel there natural best!! There detailed evaluation and honest assessment of what I personally needed to look and be my absolute best was spot on.
They do not push extra services, they are conservative and will work with you to provide what you desire and make you feel beautiful.
I highly recommend this when trained team for all your cosmetic services.
