Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great groomers and every special need for your pet. Prices are no more than the big pet supply chains and the food & treats selection is much better. Charlie the cat is in charge too!

The employees should work on their people skills, I just recently shopped there for a few items and I wasn't satisfied with the service at ALL. As soon as I walked through the door I wasn't greeted instead i was met with nasty glare that made me feel like i was less than just because I'm not white!? The 2 employees are clearly racist. Yet I saw other white patrons greeted very warmly. Then when I finally went to pay, again no hello, have a great day nothing. regardless of anyone's race everyone should be treated with respect. I will never shop there again or recommend this establishment to anyone. Oh unless you're "white" ..

Been there multiple times and have always had a positive experience. People complaining that they received bad service are probably being huge babies.

The service was terrible the few times I went there.😲 Really kind of rude. They have these cats roaming around so I couldn't even take my dog in to the store. 😔 I won't be going there again 👎

I have used the grooming salon for a few years and love it!! Ms. Gerry is the best groomer I've ever used. She absolutely loves my babies and does an awesome job!! The other gals are just as wonderful. Always a happy disposition and worth the trip!!
