I have bought 2 birds from here. A Quaker and Hans Macaw. Both have been healthy and great birds! The customer service is great, the staff are always friendly and helpful. This place is definitely worth the 2 1/2 hour drive from my house, even if just to look around!

I had a very bad experience. I bought a illiger macaw and it died a couple of months later. I called them and told them what happened they advised me to get a narcropsy. They said they will see what they can do. That's what I did and it came back as a bad bacteria infection. None of my other birds died. I'm thinking this bird was sick to begin with. I noticed that he pooped alot more than my other birds from the very beginning. 2000.00 later they will not do anything for me. I think this is very poor customer service. I would not recommend this bird store to anyone. All I wanted was a healthly bird. Rest in peace Tiki.

I've purchased a Quaker & an African gray here. Great prices. The birds are very healthy, hand raised & handled so they are socialized young. Even though it's a long drive from newark DE for me I wouldn't buy a bird anywhere else. I also get my food/supplies here. Can't beat the prices & very fast shipping.
