In town for work, figured id check it out. As soon as I entered the building I was greeted with a friendly welcome and a handshake. That's something that places don't offer anymore. The gentlemen who work there are happy, friendly, and make you feel welcome.

I've been going here for a couple months now because the customer service is above any other shop that I have ever been in. I recently bought a new mod from them and after a week and a half I was having some issues with it. I took it in the store showed them the issue and they immediately swapped it for a new one. For this and the extremely high level of customer service, I will not shop anywhere else. These guys are great you should definitely stop in and check them out. Extremely knowledgeable, and the absolute best service you will find!

first time in there was the other day and these guys are great! Josh and Cody were VERY helpful and Cody went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything about what we just bought and how to use it. You can't get better customer service! they also had authentic Switch mods which i thought was great! they are one of my favorite mech mods! but I would like to see some more authentic rdas and mods maybe. but regardless they have my business from here on out HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Called around 7:30 at night. Josh, who answered the phone was very friendly. I don't frequently visit the area and was trying to figure out their hours the following day. Not only do they open an hour earlier than most of the other shops in town, but when I talked to Josh he told me he was the one opening the following day and offered to open earlier if I needed him to accommodate my schedule. They also told me they have plenty of the product I'm looking for in stock. Excellent shop!
