I've dealt with Millers for years now. The have been nothing but gracious and kind to me.
I rented my tux with tails for my wedding and Randy was most helpful in getting the fit just right.
Most recently, I treated myself to a "tailor made" sports jacket, the first one I ever had. I was able to pick the material, pattern, rear vent style, lapel cut, lining, and even down to the color and number of buttons. As an added touch, my name was included in an inside label. What a fine jacket. And what great service.
It fit perfectly on the first fitting. Because it was a gray with burgandy window pane, I left it up to Randy to find matching burgandy pants. He did it. Those pants are the exact match I needed.

Awful customer service. Just called inquiring about cash left in a tux pocket. I have never been spoken to so nasty or treated so cold in my life. As I attempted to find a contact for the cleaner that she assumed would have found the missing cash, the employee simply hung up on me. Since we will be needing tux services quite a bit in the near future it is sad for Miller's this business will most definitely not be theirs.

Horrible custom service, and they dont know how to treat their customers. Being the only rental spot in town they set the prices whatever they feel like. I had a issue with my vest being ruined and didnt look at it till I was getting ready for my senior formal. They avoided me when I would call. I cant wait to be done doing business with this place.
