Called in this afternoon and spoke with Shawn/Sean/Shaun (sorry if I didn't get the spelling right) in the parts department. I was looking for an obsolete part and it showed that Apple Harley had it. Speaking with him was a fantastic experience in customer service. He's very courteous and EXTREMELY helpful. Thanks to him, my customer is getting this obsolete part he needs to finish his project.
