Bought stove from another supplier in Schererville,In was promised service with NO follow through. We found Ernie and love service and personal connection.I have bragged the company up to friends and neighbors here in North Judson,In. Very satisfied.

Service is not good if you don't buy from them. These people are very butt hurt if you buy somewhere else, and don't want to service your equipment. Huh, money is money, think they would be happy to expand their service business?

We bought a new Lopi Cape Cod wood stove from Ernie Miller in December 2012. Went back this month (12/2016) and bought a blower and igniter for that stove. We chose to buy from Ernie Miller because he knows the products, because of his 100% honest business practices and because he understands customer service. We'll always buy from Ernie.

Bought two stoves from Millers, both were great!! Just ordered a DS 1100 Coal/wood boiler from Millers, Can't wait to get it hooked up guys. (Hint).
