I came here for my girlfriend's father's visitation and funeral. The service Miller provided was better than I could have ever expected. The facility was lovely and practical. They were happy to accommodate any and all requests. They asked all the right people all the right questions and gave the family the exact right amount of space to greive while also being nearby as needed. Karl was absolutely top-notch and supremely professional and all of his associates could not have been any kinder or more helpful. A wonderful experience came from terrible sadness. Thank you. The business side of death isn’t something most of us think about but will all face at some point. Miller Funeral Home was truly great to work with. Annie was there for us day and night to answer questions and help us navigate planning. She was very quick to reply to emails and we really appreciated her experience and knowledge of how to handle certain details. The funeral itself was beautiful and exactly what we had wanted for our loved one. They showed great care and respect for our family member and we would definitely recommend them.

My family would like to extend a grateful thank you to the staff who helped with my grandma's funeral. Grandma contacted Miller Funeral Home years ago to start this process. She was a planner, and wanted to ensure she got the exact funeral she wanted! Miller Funeral Homes staff put Grandma at ease. She knew she would get the funeral she wanted because they worked with her. More recently, multiple staff members helped us when Grandma passed away. The photo video was put together nicely, and quickly. We've received many compliments on it. The funeral folder was also beautiful! And the staff was patient with all of our little edits to the folder and to the obituary. There was a little snafu with Grandma's accessories, but again, staff jumped into action and found the items and got them to Grandma before her wake began. Miller Funeral Home staff are in a difficult business, dealing with grieving family members who aren't always on their best behavior. My family was grieving, but they helped us and we thank them now for that. (We also want to thank the police officer who lead the procession through Sioux Falls after the funeral. We didn't get his name, but please extend our gratitude to him!)
