Just picked up a '17 RAM from Blaise Alexander and they weren't bad to work with as far as car dealers go. I highly recommend working with Terry Carr is you go in to buy a vehicle, he's much easier to deal with than most salesman.

My experience was wonderful. I worked with Santiago and Jason. They both answered all of my questions and made the experience enjoyable. I had no issues with my trade in estimate - they broke down for me how they came up with the figure. The vehicle i wanted was in perfect condition. I've been searching, for a Murano nationwide -color, miles, dealership rating. & I am happy I found something local that not only met my needs car wise. But went above and beyond service wise to make my experience a happy and memorable. Thank you Santiago & Jason!

My mother in law is NOT tech savvy AT ALL so she asked if I would please get online and tell everyone what a positive experience she had purchasing her new car through Allen Palma at Blaise Chevy in Greencastle. Diana said he went above and beyond to get her the best possible deal. She was very pleased with his service and highly recommends him to anyone thinking of visiting this dealership.

This is a good dealership.
Blaise Chevrolet gave me a written agreement for an out-the-door price on a vehicle based on certain assumed registration fees. When I went to sign all the paperwork and pick up the truck, it turned out that the fee calculation was incorrect and that the registration costs were almost 600 dollars higher than originally assumed (due to it being a four-year registration for a 11,500 lb GVW vehicle). Upon realizing their mistake (and I do genuinely believe it was an honest mistake, despite my cynicism and distrust of dealerships), they reduced the cost of the vehicle so as to meet the out-the-door price originally agreed upon (and this is for a vehicle being sold at a price already well below the average market value). Most dealerships would have engaged me in a battle of willpower to see if I would absorb the additional fees. Their acceptance of responsibility for fulfilling the original agreement is commendable.response / report this review -

I have purchased 3 vehicles now through Blaise, and each time has been a decent experience. Ronnie is a great person to work with, and Terry was very polite and helpful. Ill keep going back to them for all of my vehicles because Terry puts dreams in driveways!!!

Mike McCauley was absolutely amazing!! He wasn't pushy or made me feel like I had to buy a car like some salespeople can be. He was very knowledgeable and honest throughout the entire process. Everyone there helping us did everything they possibly could to get us the best deal possible and a payment I was comfortable with! I highly recommend Blaise Alexander to everyone and will definitely be back when it's time for me to get another car again!!

I had the best experience at Blaise Alexander. My sales guy was Lynn and he was great at answering all my questions. Nate, the finance manager was amazing and got me a better deal then I was originally going to get from the bank. He really fought for a lower interest rate and got it. I do not think there is any better. The whole team at Blaise Alexander Chevrolet is amazing.

Typical used car salespeople. Sold me a car with mechanical issues, never responded to emails after sale was finalized. Pushed me into their dealer financing which ended up being 2% more than any place I shopped around. Should I have known better? Yes. Should they have been more open and up front, absolutely yes!

Best buying experience to date. They gave me the price I asked for with no fuss. Financing was painless. No tricks or hidden fees. They even threw in accessories for the car, which was a nice touch.

"Great Experience!"
A car I was looking to buy at a local dealer was sold to another buyer. I started a search for the same and wasn't finding it anywhere in my local area (within an hour away). I ended up extending the area of my search and found the exact car I wanted for the best price at Blaise Alexander Chevrolet Volvo. I ended up driving 2.5 hours to make the purchase and it was well worth the trip. I received an amazing deal from them and the staff was also amazing to deal with.very professional and personable. Very relaxed atmosphere. My husband will be in the market for a new vehicle in a few years and we will definitely be returning. I am excited to be part of the Blaise Alexander Family.
