Very professional and helpful, explained exactly what was wrong with my car. Fixed it, and didn't even charge me. Will definitely go back.

Great dealership!!!we had looked for a new Tacoma at a couple of Toyota dealerships. When we arrived at Mike Wood Toyota we were greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly young salesman.Matt Guess, earned our trust immediately!!!Matt found the exact Tacoma we wanted. After some discussion we were able to make a great deal!!!We were delighted to drive our new truck home that evening. If you are in the market for a vehicle,I would strongly recommend that you go to Mike Wood Toyota in Uniontown Pa.Be sure to see Matt. Extremely satisfied customers in Waynesburg Pa.

Yes I can't even believe this car lot owner would b proud of his employees it's set for self destruction .I bought a 2015 impala there on June 26,2017 & I go in for oil change & their so called service that was supposed to be FREE for 2 years but somehow or another I get charged $ 1980.00 upon purchase of vehicle . Hmmmm ok they refused to do my oil change told me u good for 10000 mile because of oil . B.S. ur violating G.M.'s warranty they recommend 5000/6000 doesn't matter on oil type.& if u put that garbage 5/20 in my car. It calls for 5/30 . If u have no clue on what ur selling don't offer service that don't meet manufacturers specs . So everyone stay away from this lot made me pay for something I didn't agree on & they are setting me up for mechanical failure. Yea u topped off the fluids today hahaha yea tell me another oils down half on the stick . Never again . RECOMMENDED STAY AWAY IF U CAN DONT LET THE LOW PRICES FULL U THEY WILL ADD ON EXTRA SERVICES .
If u wear work clothes (dirty)their salesmen run the other way seen it for myself ..I should've walked then guess what them people sometimes got cash in hand.

Terrific experience! Connor and Larry were able to make my dream a reality on THE car I wanted at the deal I needed when other dealerships simply came up short for one reason or another. They took the time to answer all of our questions making us 100% comfortable with their products and leasing program. Definitely worth the trip to Uniontown to see Mike Wood's team if you're interested in a Toyota!

Wow. Purchased a brand new Tundra over the phone after visiting the business during off hours and picking out the truck I wanted. An easy sale and all they needed to do was to complete some very basic paperwork. Right? Wrong. The sales person was clueless and after several attempts (and weeks) could not get it right. Management didn't seem to care of the frustrations and wasted time this was causing, even as of today. The vehicle was purchased in March, and I still have not received the proper registration papers and emission certification. Which BTW, expired in mid-July. And to add to the pain, they requested me to do their job and call the DOT to obtain the proper paperwork. Wow.

One rarely experiences a complete combination of poor customer service, lack of client appreciation, and incompetency than what I went through with this organization.

Great experience! Ask for Amanda!! She's super nice, very knowledgeable and was wonderful to work with. Brandon the sales manager worked with my husband and I to get us into the vehicle we wanted. And Ralph in finance was great and made the paperwork go smooth and fast! Thanks again Amanda for a wonderful car buying experience!

Mike Wood Toyota gave me the most value for my trade, and installed a lift kit, wheels, and tires on my new 4Runner before every driving it off the lot! Salesman Chris Forcier was a pleasure to work with; will buy from again!

I was a victim of dealer fraud from here today. I purchased a vehicle here on 3/27/2017, this morning 4/10/2017 I recieved a call from the finance manager to come in and sign a paper that he forgot. Turns out the were baiting me to take my car and leave my 8 month old and I out in the hot sun for hours and took my car and gave me my trade in back because they said they couldnt finance me. Now im stuck with a loan in my name and no car to show for it. Im Horribly shook up and I feel as if i was violated!!!

Drove 1hour to look at a used Mercedes Benz C300. We were greeted by Chris the sales consultant who was absolutely fabulous. Drove the car and all went well. We were ready to negotiate. We made our first offer which Chris took to Brandon (the sales manager) and he refused to move at all off of the price (please note that Brandon was eating lunch stuffing his face with food at his desk). Chris said that Brandon would move on his price and asked us again what we wanted to pay. We explained that we already told you what we wanted to pay and that we are not negotiating against ourselves and the ball was in his court. Chris went back to Brandon and then returned with a warranty (which by the way Mike Wood does not provide even a 30 or 90 day warranty on used cars) added on to the deal but charged us for it so the car was even more money. Brandon then came out of his office and introduced himself to my husband and at that point my husband said have a nice day and we were walking out. Brandon then said I don't know what you want to pay for the car. We explained again that we told you twice and you don't even want to negotiate. We were the only customer in the entire dealership and Brandon with his cocky disrespectful attitude cost Chris the deal because they are running a typical track store, for those in the auto sales industry who know what that means.

Worst dealership experience ever! Drove over two hours on a day off while sick to look at a truck only to spend 4 hours there to drive back home empty handed. Rhonda was very helpful and nice but the rest of the staff is horrible rude and not nice. Credit was fine. Was told I needed 5k down because of other loans. Those loans are very small. Called my personal to bank to confirm my credit status. Not recommended by me!! Save time. Go elsewhere.

Hello, I would suggest to stay away from this place. They took advantage of me. I went there in may to buy my first car. I was naive and stupid. I took a used 2013 Hyundai Elantra for a drive, and it was making a ton of noise. Me and my boyfriend decided to look at other vehicles. Rhonda told us that I couldn't buy any other cars, that the Hyundai was the only car I could get. So we decided to leave. We live in Pittsburgh, so we sat in the car and looked up other dealerships in the area. 2 minutes later, Rhonda's boss comes out and says he'll give me the Hyundai Elantra for 7500! I thought that was a good deal, so we took it.. we waited nearly 7 hours to finalize this transaction. By the time we got back to sign papers, it was nearly dark outside. We were so tired. We signed documentation, and we they were missing documentation that they said I had to come back and sign--which I did. I trusted them! The other day my uncle wanted to pay off part of the balance. When i checked the original loan amount online, it was over 11,700! They charged me about an extra 1500-2000 for the car! I'm young and dumb and now there's nothing I can do. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
