Large collection of firearms and accessories. Both handguns and rifles. During busy times, it can be difficult to get the staff's attention, but everyone with whom I've ever interacted has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Pro tip ~ bring paper money and a general knowledge about firearms.
Aye, the prices can be questionably high but every so often you can find something on sale that's close to online value and minus the wait. The staff aren't all bad or perhaps I just so happen to get the happiest one here that random day. So far I've purchased 2 handguns and one had to be ordered which is unique considering the quantity of firearms this store has, which is all the things! in just about every caliber. What we ordered arrived within the week, no problem.
There's also a generous collection of accessories, self-defense tools, shooter bags, holsters, suppressors, outdoor gear, security safes, and a whole lot more. 'tis a bummer city rules won't allow an indoor firing range at this location. Sure would save many of us from driving a long way.response / report this review -

The best selection around. Staff was awesome and prices are right. Only place I will purchase from. I had the opportunity to work with Bruce, Mike, Cole and Kevin, outstanding guys and they are extremely knowledgeable. For 5 bucks they will change the amount on your receipt, I get what I want and my wife still loves me

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. The people that work here are VERY condiscending towards anyone who isn't a 55+ Male. And most of the people there don't know their guns from a hole in the wall. It's quite sad honestly. And the owner is the worlds BIGGEST prick! Basically they're running a goat rodeo there. The only thing I can say is their prices are half decent. But they can also afford to sell them cheaper being bigger. If I could give NO stars I would. You people are a joke!

It's pretty sad that Dunhams sporting goods can order a firearm but MGE can't! Every time I go into this place it has gotten worse. If they would start hiring staff that know something about firearms instead of all the weekend warrior salesmen they would probably get more business.

This is a nice store. A lot of guns and a very good knife stash. They also have Spydercos! A lot of endura 4s, which i find odd.

Walked in to find a handgun for sale. When I inquired about it, the sales rep walked away and ignored me! After finding the handgun, I was ignored as employees kept walking past as I asked for assistance. While waiting, a customer intentionally pointed an AR15 at me in the store and the employee behind the counter did nothing to stop it! After receiving help, the sales rep flagged me with the handgun I was purchasing! This I was in and out in 2 and a half hours! This is a horrible place to do business!

Very impressed with their large selection of long guns, hand guns and accessories. Very helpful staff and very good pricing. They have excellent hours. It's a destination. I will be returning often. Thanks for all your help Chad.

I have been around Firearms allmost all my life and have been to Gun Shows and meny gun stores. That being said i am glad i went to Midwest to buy a Handgungor the wife.

I thought I'd seen a few good gun shops, then I came here. It blew my mind. I got everything I needed in one trip. You don't need to go anywhere else.

Called to confirm price for transfer on a stripped lower as i work in the area and they were listed on sellers site. Sales person told me the price and next day I ordered the part. Well, it arrived and when I called Johnny who was polite and professional. He informed me that in Indiana it was considered a pistol and being from Michigan they could not handle the transfer. So 20.00 more for shipping and I'll have it in a couple more days. Needless to say this will be my last attempt to purchase thru them, no offer to split cost of shipping from Kevin just how will you be paying for shipping. I would have split it as sales person was aware of where I lived as this was discussed during initial call. Judging from other reviews I would say possibly some are connected to store.
