Seen some fantastic boots that I wanted to buy but they didn't have my size. Seen some great looking Harleys and if I had the money I would most definitely buy one for my guy.

Joe in parts and Mike in sales are my go to guys. I spend a lot of time in this place and every person in there treats me very well. I am happy every time I leave here and I would never even dream about going to Elkhart for my HD needs. Best Harley store in the country!

I bought a sweatshirt and t-shirt in the wrong size for my fiancé for Christmas. Instead of returning online we decided to take it back to the selling dealer ship like the return policy states we can on the back of the order receipt. The cashiers refused to exchange the merchandise and offered no suggestions or options, besides u have to send it back. I can't understand why the receipt would lead us to believe this could be done but the employees insist it can't. This is absolutely ridiculous. We will not becoming back to a place with such rude unhelpful employees.

A joke of a "service shop." I brought in my 06 Softail Deuce with the service request of oil/filter change and my in-tank fuel line, the one that connects from tank to fuel filter to be specific. I was told my bike would be opened up and looked at in about a week (the following Monday), I checked on it on the following Wednesday, only to be told a large job proceeding my bike took extra time that prohibited them from even checking on my bike. I'm okay with that, so I wait another week to call them back. When I finally call again, I'm told my bike has been sitting there all week. They were unable to work on my bike at all, because I supposedly had a stripped quick disconnect on my gas tank - which wasn't stripped, just wasn't functioning properly and was an easy fix for me I picked up my bike that day, and I spent all night disassembling the fuel pump and hoses. I replaced my hose and clamps myself, noticed I was missing an o-ring on my fuel pump assembly (causing immediate stumbling and failure with fuel delivery). As of now, my bike starts great, runs great, rides great, but no thanks to McDaniels.

In the end I was only charged $50 for a battery charge, and a half hour labor, but my bike was in shop for 2 weeks, unable to ride while weather was great. Then 24 hours after I got it back, I fixed it myself with no experience.

This was my first motorcycle, first Harley, and I've only started using a wrench within the last couple years of my life.

Save yourself their $90/hour labor charge and use Google/YouTube and your own 2 hands. Just be thorough, clean, precise, and TAKE YOUR OWN TIME (after all, you're not paying $90/hr for it)

As for their parts department - I love it. Great personnel, pretty knowledgeable guys there. They've helped me order the correct parts for both my bikes, and always friendly and willing to help find the correct parts (sometimes even helping diagnose a problem with a part).

    Ride on.
