  I can’t say enough about Midwest Construction. We are so happy with the work they have done at our bilevel home. The design solved a water issue we had. The workers were amazingly skillful, professional and friendly. In total we had a new driveway designed to divert water into a drywell which was 5 ft deep, a new retaining wall and flower beds along the new drive. The stairs gets compliments by anyone who walks up them. The sidewalk was elevated to avoid a step up into the house. All these things were designed to divert water away from the house which is Amazing and beautiful. We were introduced to Brandon Fischer, Mettlework Designs to do a railing on the stairs and porch which we love. Thank you Sam Issa for being on site often, making sure things were running smoothly and always checking to see if we had questions. You sent a very skillful crew to our house. We very much appreciate the work they did. I would recommend Midwest Construction without a doubt based on the design and skill of the workers that completed our job.

  Sam from Midwest Construction was great to deal with 2 years ago during the installation and we loved our new driveway and sidewalk. We noticed this spring that the driveway concrete is pitting and peeling; we have not used ice melt pellets for 2 years so that we could avoid this issue. We even paid extra to have a sealer installed. I have contacted Sam multiple times. He keeps saying he will come out to inspect it but never shows up. I am extremely disappointed; I thought he was a better person than he actually turned out to be. Please find someone else more reputable to do your concrete work.

  We used Midwest Concrete and Construction to install several patios. The main patio and stairs were stamped and colored. They were very professional. The work was high quality and we were very pleased with our beautiful patios. We were contracting work for the first time on our home but we could trust that Midwest would let us know if we were asking for something we may regret later and they were great at bringing up points along the way. The cost was exactly what we had expected. No surprises very straight forward. They were very polite and the crew worked very hard to get everything done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend and will consider using them in the future.

  We are very pleased with our extensive project. We had our driveway replaced and expanded. The sidewalk and patio were replaced, both stamped and stained. We added a sidewalk and stairs down the side hill connecting the driveway to the patio. The crew was polite, timely, friendly and hard working. Anytime I had questions, the owner Sam was quick to respond and was on site daily, always thorough and thoughtful. From the initial bid work to the completion of the project, he was great to work with.

  We initially had some challenges scheduling our service, but once we set a date, the work was done quickly, professionally, and beautifully.
  
  They had a large crew come out to tackle our steep, disintegrating dirt driveway. They took the time to make sure the design was exactly what I had in mind and the results were amazing. They offered a few extras to make it even more wonderful: they connected some pipes to our gutter downspouts, and buried them before they poured, and they also brought in topsoil to put around the new concrete so the driveway sloped naturally into the yard instead of just abruptly ending in a mini-cliff!
