Our sport team had a great stay recently at the Hampton Inn Brookfield. The service was great from the moment we requested information for a room block. The hotel manager was very helpful and very responsive. Once we had our block, we got a group coordinator, who was also extremely helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. The lobby was clean and very spacious. We used the pool and it was perfect size for our group of kids. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area space was much bigger than many other hotels we have stayed at. Overall, this is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel was under construction which made it unclear which door to use - there weren't any signs. The food and service were great. The air conditioning made a noise that was distracting during the presentation.

Service was utterly fantastic, every member of the staff we encountered was professional, went out of their way to be helpful, and made us feel welcome and cared for! The hotel was under construction and it was pretty difficult to find our way around, there wasn't enough signage. We also couldn't get to the ATM after 6p,which was frustrating with just a cash bar at the event.

I would wholeheartedly recommend the Midway for events regardless of those minor irritations (which no doubt will not be an issue once the renovations are complete). The staff was wonderful and the event space was clean and lovely.

For Brookfield this is the best choice. Great location to everything in Brookfield and easy access to the airport / downtown Milwaukee. I came on business and there were a lot of options for breakfast items and they were FAST getting me out on my day. Many of the hotels in the area do some type cocktail hour but this property had it's own bar / lounge which made it so much more relaxing. Better drinks too. I wish more chains could be like this. I look forward to coming back.
