My husband and I were thinking on buying new sofas when I read an ad about BILTRITE. I like the idea on buying local so we went to see the stuff over there and I'm glad we did. They have a great team! Everybody! Starting from people on reception to people who delivered our furniture. All them are very kind and care about good service so I truly recommend BILTRITE because you can find pretty and good furniture plus you will get excellent service.

Very good selection, reasonable prices, good quality. They have Amish furniture and some of the most beautiful wood furniture I've ever seen. Service is friendly, informative and not pushy. Great selection of mattresses, including regular flippable mattresses! The furniture is available bin many fabrics and patterns, which is lovely. They are voted the best furniture shop in Milwaukee for a good reason!

Came here a few weeks ago looking for a new mattress. Had been to some other local competitors but felt most places were more interested in a sale than finding us the right bed. Not here! Friendly, caring, and knowledgeable is how I would describe Biltrite. Jen was awesome! She was really happy to help us and let us take our time trying out beds. She knew a lot about the mattresses and where they were made which was important to us. Even on a budget, we found a fantastic double-sided mattress that I'm sure will last us a long time. The free shipping and delivery was also top-notch. Overall 5/5 stars is an easy choice!

My husband and I just moved to the area and we needed a mattress. Our friends told us to go to BILTRITE and it was such a great experience! Randi and staff took a ton of time helping us to pick out a mattress that was perfect for us. It was delivered quickly and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Also feels good to support a family-owned business. Would give more stars if I could! Thank you!

This is MY furniture store. We've purchased: entertainment center, coffee table, sleeper sofa, office desk, mission style table and a custom built Amish walnut bedroom suite and yesterday a Curio cabinet. I can not say enough about the bedroom furniture - drop dead awesomeness. ALL are top quality. I will not shop for furniture elsewhere. Randi was our salesperson and is one of the owners but EVERYONE there is helpful, professional, personable, cheerful - it's family run and owned. It shows! Outstanding PERIOD - even the delivery guys. Don't buy from anywhere else. If you do, you're just missing out, paying too much and settling for lesser quality.

We've been here twice in the past month. Our first experience was only OK but I'm glad we came back. Cindy was very patient and helpful. She gave us enough guidance to help us make decisions and allowed us the space and time needed to deal with our two children. We were happy with the selection available.

Great selections and flippable mattresses. Ours is very comfortable and the sales lady was nice and helpful without being pushy. They even took away our old mattress when they delivered and set up our new one. Delivery guys were on time and were in and out in about 10 minutes. Highly recommend this place!

Big fan of BILTRITE! Randi and her staff are phenomenal. I am moving into a new apartment and desperately needed new furniture. Randi showed me items in my price range and helped me pick out amazing pieces. I can't wait to come back. Best customer service around.

We have been to Bilt Rite twice for bedroom furniture: the first time was just to browse and compare with other sets we had seen at other furniture stores. When we decided the first time to keep looking, the salesman did NOT pressure us into buying the set we liked. He took down our information and gave us his business card. Second time was when we did more shopping around, and determined Bilt Rite had the best quality pieces of bedroom furniture for the cost. The salesman again was incredibly helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about. The staff is not pushy and does not follow you around the store. I would definitely go back to this place in a heartbeat - and ask for Fred! He is the best!

I walked into Biltrite looking for a new mattress. I suffer from chronic back pain, and I needed a firm mattress that would best support my back. Gail spent two hours with me, helping me find the right mattress. They brought me pillows and let me lay on numerous mattresses until I found the right one. They gave me information, pros and cons on all of them, with zero pressure to hurry up or close the sale. Best customer service and great selection. Will definitely be back.

We went to Biltrite furniture because my husband and I were looking for a solid wood dining room table. We went to a number of different stores, but when we got to Biltrite, I must say , their selections were huge. We were looking for a dining table with a pedestal. We saw a good number of them, different styles, different woods and you could pick your stain. My husband and I found a table we liked, brought our chairs in so the table would match the chairs. We found a great match! The nice thing about the table was that the leaves are stored inside the table. Great feature. After about 6 weeks, the table was delivered and it looked BEAUTIFUL! From beginning to end, the whole process was easy and enjoyable. We have gone back and bought some living room furniture. Very satisfied and would definitely would recommend to friends and family. It really is nice doing business with a local family run business.

I couldn't be happier with my mattress and wooden bed frame from Bilt-Rite. Barry was so patient with us as we tried every mattress and helped us pick the perfect one for our needs even though it wasn't the most expensive. Lynn was wonderful! There wasn't a floor model available for what I wanted and she looked through every book they had until she could find what I was describing. When I came back to pick out the finish of the wood, she spent at least an hour with me helping me find the perfect wood finish to match my existing furniture. The delivery men were professional, polite and on time. They assembled everything and even moved it exactly where I wanted it. We love our new bed and it looks great! This was my first purchase with Bilt-Rite but it won't be my last. Everyone was great!!!

Sales person was great. Second purchase from them. First purchase my son still has the leather recliners and they are in better shape then what we have now. Purchased reclining couch and two swivel reclining chairs this time. Everything in leather. Got furniture home and after a couple days realized we didn't like the swivel base on the recliners. Called to have them switched to standard bases. Was told someone would. contact us. No call. The furniture is 3 years old and the leather is peeling. We're the folds are in the couch arms are pealing

Built rite contacted us after review and made a fair resolve to our issue. My apology to Built Rite for reviewing prior to speaking with them. We will visit again in the future.
