Microtel is a great overnight stay and one of the very few that allow pets to stay with you. The service is great and staff is very friendly. Rooms are neat and very clean. Staff is friendly as can be. Very accommodating.

I stayed here right after it opened a few years ago, or at least I tried to. Shortly after checking in, I had an intense asthma attack from something either in the hotel or the room itself. I went to the desk to check out and I explained what was happening as well as I could and assumed I would get a refund, but nope. I was told I couldn't get my money back, and I left without arguing because of the state I was in. It's surprising that so many people have rated this hotel so highly. I would never stay here again. As far as I'm concerned, that's the definition of bad business behavior.

Very nice stay at the Microtel in Tridelphia, WV! They have the most comfortable beddong ever..omg. I stay in a single queen and was thoroughly expressed..great job. Even had a note from the housekeeper to enjoy my stay

Good impression for first Microtel stay. Clean room and kind staff are appreciated as well as their breakfast service. The only thing I would think is a missed is lacking a swimming pool specially when kids are part of the crew. If pool is not a must for you then I definitely will recommend it.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, modern rooms at a steal of a price. Lots of amenities nearby, even some shopping. Perfect location for our needs (traveling to Washington DC). A great place to stay if you're getting sleepy on I-70.

Super clean, everything you need to simply spend the night! We loved this place and will definitely check out more Microtels from here out! It's really all we need when we are traveling and passing through somewhere! The breakfast wasn't that great but it wasn't terrible either!

First time at a Microtel. We had a better experience than expected. Very clean and efficient modern room. Suggestions: Insulate the walls (heard person snoring in the next room), and use more environmentally friendly products in eatery. Advertisements in the room bragged about conservation efforts, but the plates and bowls in the eatery were styrofoam. Overall, we would highly recommend for a clean and comfortable stay.
