Good hotel for area. Staff not always friendly. I am a diamond member and she complained that I asked for a bottle of water. I stay in Hilton all the time and never heard of only one at check in. All an all its OK most of the time.

This place is always very busy. Extremely friendly staff makes the place very welcoming and also keep in mind that there is lots of food options around along with pretty good entertainment options as well. The hotel is kept very clean and the rooms are spotless as well hope you will enjoy your stay as much as I did.

I only stopped in for a few hours to shower and take a nap between jobs. The beds are comfortable, but the curtains let too much light in if you have to sleep during the day.

One positive about the hotel is that it has a great view from the back of the hotel. The downsides were the people checking in and out didn't eve make eye contact. The inside pool water was cold and compared to other Hamptons is was small too. Our room didn't even have a tub in it which should be standard in my mind.

Very clean, recently updated hotel. The room was quiet with a very spacious bathroom. Service was polite and efficient. I had a very enjoyable stay.

The bed was so comfortable, I could've slept till noon! Love the clean, white bedding and comfy pillows. The complimentary breakfast is yummy, and we figure it saves us about $25 a day, making the price of the hotel a very good value.

The hotel was new and very nice. It was very modern and clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The conference room was too small for the meeting I attended. There was about 20 to 25 people and it was very crowed and uncomfortable. Another issue was the restrooms provided for the meeting. There was only one men and women's restroom, and only one person could use them at a time. There were very long lines and waiting times. I think i might stay there but avoid going to any large professional gatherings.
