Great
Really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are super clean and very comfortable.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Pet friendly as well.
We arrived here for check-in on Thursday, November 24, 2017 and dur to check out on Saturday, November 26, 2017 to meet Frank Corram who is horrible and very offensive from the moment we checked in his tone was rude and abrasive. My father asked about an AAA discount and before my dad can get the question out he blurted out that the discount can't be applied because we booked through a 3rd party. Then my father asked about a Veteran discount (because my father was told over the phone when he dialed the hotel directly that Microtel doesn't honor it) he screamed "you booked through a third party" and my father said I was just asking a question. Today we asked for towels and this person told him that we cannot have because we checked out I went to explain that we booked two nights and went to raise his voice and state again that I booked through a third party. At this point, I am very annoyed we get into a verbal altercation this person and he walks away, still not giving me the towel. I had to end my conversation with this person and call Wyndham corporate office. Once this person heard me on the line submitting a claim it was then when he went to explain and proceed with the process that should have taken place in the first place. I will never stay at this place ever again and I urge everyone to not come here. This should be a $69 per night hotel and not the $149 we paid. I am gravely disappointed in my stay here and to think this was my Thanksgiving vacation time with my family.
The room was decent, about the same size, if not smaller then most other hotels. The WiFi is a bit spotty at times, but not as bad as some hotels. The most disappointing thing, however, was that there was no pool or gym. It seems they tried to counter this by having a free almost complete breakfast, but it just wasn't enough to fill that "hotel enjoyment gap".
Stayed here for a wedding I attended nearby. It was reasonably priced and included wifi and breakfast. Nothing extravagant but was comfortable and clean with a lovely and helpful staff. Located near the highway for easy access.
Room was nice and continental breakfast had a good number of options. The value proposition seems fair and balanced.
We stayed here because of the Price, location, and it is pet friendly. It was mostly clean with basic amenities, and very basic continental breakfast. The water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable. I probably wouldn't stay here again, mostly because if i spent an extra ten bucks a night I could stay someplace much nicer.
Kristen at the front desk is great. They have awesome complementary cookies at the front desk, and citrus spa water in the lobby. Rooms are clean and nice. Beds are a bit soft and hammocky. Front office manager was dour and terse; not pleasant. Male staff doesn't refresh water or cookies. Breakfast is mostly carbohydrates and sugary items.
Smallest room at a regular price I have ever stayed in America.
No fitness center, no pool, no laundry, poor A.C. Stuffy room. Tub stopper did not work.
Continental breakfast.
Good location close to restaurant & malls.
Friendly service. Housekeepers do not speak English & did not understand request to return later.
Rooms were very clean and comfy. Decent size. Towels felt a little rough though. Staff was friendly. For the price, I'd recommend this hotel.
This was the smallest, most expensive Microtel room I've been in and it didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. I usually expect a little more than this at Microtel, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.
It's a nice and clean hotel. The only problem is the single bed rooms are "micro" in size. The single bed rooms do not get a fridge or microwave. Shopping and restaurants are close. Just don't plan on bringing left overs to your single bed non "micro" wave room.
