Ammmaaaazing place to live. Fully Furnished. Lower Daniel heights is closer to the campus than Upper Daniel heights. Basically, To go to upper, we gotta climb one extra hill after crossing lower DH.
Since everyone lives closeby, Parties are a common thing here during weekends and holidays.

Not worth your time. Find a place somewhere in Houghton or Hancock. I first moved into the upper heights and had the "wonderful" noise of the stairs. I could hear EVERYTHING in that apartment complex. Hoping that the lower heights were in better condition I asked for a transfer.

Whoops, my mistake. The apartments are in better condition, some what. When I first moved in I discovered I had bed bugs. The first time I told maintenance they shrugged me off saying, "oh no, that's chickenpox." It wasn't until I actually found the pest that they came to take care of them.

Both the upper and lower have NO cross breeze, so in the summer the apartments get up into the 90s, easily. Sure they have an air conditioning rental but only if you're willing to pay extra. This year the school discovered that the daniell heights storage units were deemed unsafe. So if you have empty moving box, you're going to have to put them in your apartment; again, unless you are willing to pay extra for a storage somewhere else. Sure, you're only a buck for school which is nice.

The school also makes you resign your CONTRACT two or three months before move-out. This forces you to decide to stay or cross your finger you can find a place. Just like tuition, the school raises the rent every year.
