0 stars is not an option or I would rate that. Hart State Police Post investigated and closed their investigation on the death of my son without even making contact with myself. I did reach out for the officer to contact me however, 0 effort was made on his part in doing so. Upon closure of their investigation they returned his belongings to a kin. I think in a legal position since he was unmarried I would be considered his next of kin in which would be the rightful owner of such items. This conduct is completely UNACCEPTABLE of any officer. Shame on you !
