  Despite the poor reviews, I had a great time here. I spent the weekend here after stealing a sheriffs vehicle. The food was good, I came back for seconds. I got to workout, and watch tv. I was mad when my parents posted my bond. I will definitely be back.

  Incompetent, severely unprofessional and misinformed of the law. And that was all discovered just over the phone. Top of the list is BARB - who demostrated the most disgusting display of immaturity and ignorance to date in my experience with dealing with this particular subspecies of human beings. No wonder ppl hate the police. They must love being targets. with that said - I do not support YOUR police, i will never help or look out for them in any way. Ever.

  This place is disgusting. I mean, of course the food is bad, and of course the deputies arent nice. Its jail. But the deputies are completely negligent and people die often at MCJ.

  I thought Wayne County Jail was bad but this place is so in humane. The way they treat people behind bars is horrible. Its bad when bad cops make it hard for the good ones that still exist. Then u wonder why people dont like cops.

  What kind of ignorant pigs let a woman give birth on a dirty cell floor? You guys had no idea the baby was coming? What the fuck do you think going into labor is? Where you in a catholic homeschool? Or did your public school not teach you sexual education or basic biology? I bet your parents were also siblings.
  Pathetic excuse for law enforcement officers. No wonder police have a bad reputation, you swine.

  As a staunch law enforcement supporter, I am incensed and embarrassed that the Macomb County Sheriff and his deputies and jailers value minor offense revenue over the health and well being of the unborn and the recently born, both of whom are innocent.
  
  Shame on you Sheriff, you're a bad apple in a proud and honorable law enforcement community.
  
  Resign your post.

  HOW DARE your sheriff be so cavalier about a BABY being BORN ON THE FLOOR OF A JAIL CELL????
  TIME to get a spokesperson for the jail??
  I also will be waiting, and hoping KARMA is swift with your facility, for its disgusting LOSS OF LIFE , of inmates in your care!!!!!!
  Can't wait for the prison for the prison reform to occur in your house!!!
  Shame on ALL who were on duty, during ANY of these incidents!! Karma will tend to each and every one of you..
