  Michelle is a thorough, qualified realtor who went above and beyond to help us find our home. A good realtor will help clients solve issues as they emerge during the search. She did this by utilizing her vast amount of experience in real estate. This was the second time we asked Michelle to help us find a home. She came through with flying colors. We give her our highest recommendation. She is an honest, caring person.

  When I first contemplated moving from Los Angeles to “The Desert,” I was coming into an inheritance and thinking super conservatively about how I would spend this new money to stretch it and make it last. For decades, I had taken short getaways to Palm Springs in the dead of my birthday month – August – because I am a true Leo who adores hot weather and the sweet taste of anonymity. Now, as a potential buyer or renter of property here, I came tentatively seeking to place myself within the vicinity of a dream more so than smack dab in the middle of one.
  
  A mutual music industry friend reminded me that Michelle Madison – formerly of Atlantic/EastWest Records – was living in the desert and was working in real estate. Though we honestly only knew of each other rather true knowing, I intuited she would be perfect for this mission because she lived in as well as knew her way around the area. Turns out I was only imagining the tip of a mighty iceberg.
  
  Michelle was a total professional – always on time, thoroughly prepared, full of positive energy, and always focused on my needs and wants. As she drove me all over the Desert cities of Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage and 1000 Palms, she taught me so much while listening closely to every syllable I shared with her about what I was seeking – realistically and in fantasy.
  
  After showing me several rather common 2 or 3-bedroom upstairs condo types of situations, she took a deep beath and said, “I’d like to show you this one place. It’s a little more than what you say you want to spend…but I have a feeling you’ll like it. It’s just on our way back to Koffi (our coffee shop meeting place) so we might as well stop and see it on our way back.”
  
  The moment I saw this HOUSE on Chappel Rd. from the street, I was bedazzled – the 5 palm trees out front, the citrus trees, the roundelay driveway and rose bushes straight down the middle leading to the doorway, I was in love. There was no way I thought such a place was possible for me. I never saw anything like this for me…at least not in the present tense. And yet, Michelle insisted it could be so, Inside, the spacious layout, two bedrooms plus a bonus room that would be perfect as my “office,” blew every other dwelling we looked at on my conservative list out of the water. Icing on the cake, a sweet lil’ swimming pool in the back that I could not believe could be mine.
  
  Now…the process of me renting this house was fraught because the realtor was on vacation in Hawaii and the owner was a slow responder who needed assistance from her sister and did not live in the area. I spent many a frustrated and defeated night feeling like this contract was never going to go through. Yet, throughout the process, Michelle kept me focused on every detail I needed to know to stay on top of things as well as everything she was doing to gently move the process along.
  
  In the end, thanks to Michelle’s strategizing, I am now living in this home that is a dream come true for me to go to sleep in and wake up in. Me, who only ever had a 1-bedroom apartment of my own back in L.A. And I lay all of my gratitude, pride and bliss at Michelle’s feet.
  
  Michelle Madison is the best expert for her job because not only does she know a lot already, I have watched her learn new things then instantly pivot and apply the knowledge in shrewd, proactive measures. I am ever so proud to call Michelle my realtor, my Super-Shero of The Desertand my friend.

  After having a number of disappointing experiences with Real Estate agents I was very careful and selective when I was in need of their services. I interviewed at least a dozen agents either in person or on the phone until I met Michelle Madison and knew my search was over. Michelle has been myself and my husband's agent in three transactions so far. Buying or selling a home is one of the largest monetary transactions the average person will make in their lifetime. It can be extremely stressful and the outcome can go very poorly with the wrong agent. Michelle takes care of everything she has only your interest at heart 100%. When you work with Michelle you feel like you are her only client not a number. She is a great listener and very patient. Buying and selling real estate in California can be very complicated there are so many regulations to follow and obligations that both seller and buyer must comply with. Michelle takes all of theses pressures off of your shoulders. She is a strong, smart negotiator and has gotten us top dollar in all of our transactions. She employs state of the art technology in all aspect of the process, including listing your property everywhere online. Michelle also employs the best professionals, whether it's a contractor, staging company or the photographer she uses who creates fantastic photos and videos that really stand out and make the best first impressions for buyers looking at your home. Thank you Michelle Madison for being you and for all you have done to ease this complicated and difficult process and bring it to a successful conclusion every time for us.   As a first time buyer who navigated a very competitive real estate market, Michelle Madison was a dream real estate agent! She was professional, thoughtful, trusting, patient and guided me through every step of the home buying process, answering all of the questions I had along the way. Her expertise and amazing negotiation skills were the primary reasons I was able to close on my first home in an ideal neighborhood. I couldn't be happier!
