  I went solar and was excited about working with chariot, however, I waited on hold over an hour attempting to do so, then I decided to just follow the link online and got a great rate locked in. They asked me to share my confirmation number sent to me in the email after enrollment and told me they lost it on their end and I had to start over. When I attempted to my previous rate was no longer available and they refused to honor it so I had to find another provider with better customer service. Complete waste of my time!

  I just switched to Chariot Energy. After reviewing the card I received in the mail and their website, I knew this was the right energy company for me since I currently have solar panels on my home. Their rates were better than my previous company, I’m able to take advantage of energy credits, and I was able to lock in a longer term contract. Perfect!

  It was easy to see the plans available with pricing on the Chariot website. It was very easy to sign up and create an account on the cutsomer portal. Everything from Chariot looks good so far, I would definitely recommend in the future.

  The sign up process was easy. The solar buy back program is what drew us to the company. We were with our prior company for years and saw little to no return on our solar panel overproduction. This plan so far sounds great.

  So far so good. I'm paying 12.7¢ /kwhr on the solar buyback plan, which is almost 10¢ less than what I was paying from Rhythm. But I had to pay a deposit to get going because my credit took quite a dive this year. 😅
  
  Setting up the account was quick and ready through their app, though. So now I wait and see if they deliver on their promises.
