I might just as well called the U.S. Passport Agency in DC I was on hold and repeatedly returned to auto-attendant directory for almost 30 minutes before giving up Given that this is a private company, I was expecting much better service!

One star only because it won't let me select "zero" stars. Take my advice and DO NOT use this predatory and useless company. After multiple attempts to contact them and my assigned case manager (Barbra Sosa) they said I'm now outside of the 24 hour refund window and I'm up a creek. Crooks! Just wait in line at the post office. You know it's bad when the USPS is more reliable than a private company like these shade balls. Don't let my mistake and this cautionary tale be for nothing!

THIS IS A SCAM!! I booked with this company because I needed to expedite my son’s passport. The State Department informed me that Colorado does not allow third party passport companies. I have asked for my money to be refunded multiple times by email and by phone when my “agent” called me. It is now over a week later and I haven’t received any correspondence or confirmation that my order has been canceled and/or processing my refund. I have tried calling on multiple days at various times and the automated system just goes in circles and never connects to a real person.

I needed my passport in 5 days and the passport agency was giving me a busy signal, I decided to use this service and they delivered my renewed passport in exactly 5 business days and my flight was 2 days after it arrived!!! Such a great company that delivers exactly what they promised. I opted in the extra 100$ to have a personal rep, I was assigned Patty Henriquez and she helped me every step of the way!! Dont go anywhere else in a crunch. Trust these people!!!
