A couple of months ago I was in the middle of a ride and had some mechanical issues. Luckily, Michael's Cycles was right down the road! I walked my bike to the shop and it was closed. I try not to bother folks but I was desperate and called the number on the door. Lori (or Laurie, sorry) opened the shop and let me fix my bike and her husband Michael even helped me find a small part over the phone! My journey would have ended with a long bus ride if it weren't for their kindness. Stop in and check out the shop!

I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else. They are very friendly down to earth people with good knowledge on bikes and provide exceptional service. I've never been steered wrong by going here. I'm certain they are just as good and cheaper than any other bigger store around.

Very friendly. Spends time answering questions. They won us over after the 1st visit. Other local shops are snooty, you will not find that at Michael's Cycles. They are family owned and make you feel very comfortable, even if you aren't wearing spandex! They have our business. So glad they opened nearby!!!
