Recently I looked into other nail salons close to my home and I tried it out. Great working environment! Never too long of a wait, but I go as soon as they open. The employee was so kind. The staff did glib and prudential on my pedis. I will visit this place whenever I am free :).

I was in desperate with my mani and wanted to find a new salon. Great environment I've been had. The water was the right temperature at all times. Seriously these guys were fun and did amazing job. It's a good for GEL color! Overall, have a amazing experience. And will come back next time for deluxe pedicure.

Yesterday, I didn't have to wait for long when i walked in and had a great day here. I was greeted warmly. Everyone is very friendly. This place is spacious and clean. GOOD JOB!!

Have been to this salon a couple times. Finally have found a nail service and tech that is actually worth the money. Today was an exception, made an appt unfortunately arrived 10 minutes late. I accept responsibility for that. What I find unbelievable is then having to wait 45 minutes to be waited on by my preferred tech. Really felt that was unacceptable. Especially since it did not appear that they had any other appts waiting.
I also have heard from many friends that they are uncomfortable in salons where the techs speak a foreign language. This has never bothered me until today when I figured out that the techs were talking and laughing about a customer that was unhappy with the amount she was charged. I can understand why she was unhappy. She requested a service from the tech and the tech suggested two types. When she selected one there was never any info about price. Couldn't this be fixed by just giving customers a price list? Then they would know in advance.
UPDATE: Have had a more pleasant experience lately. The service I receive from Helen or Kent is excellent. I think they are the two best technicians in the place.response / report this review -

I was thrilled to find Mi Nail Salon and get my nails back in shape. Omg! It's a fantastic salon.
The wait wasn't a long, I was served right away. My technician is so cute! She stayed up to date on the latest trends and practices. TOOLS are sterile and new!

I had the French nails and staff did a very good job on it. Perfect staff. Good prices! Modern decoration. I'll recommend the salon to my friends.

Prices online are false advertising. Make sure you ask exactly what you are getting in-store - they do not follow the prices/service of what they themselves post on their website.

HORRIBLE quality. I went for the first time last week with a friend because my usual nail salon was closed. I NEVER leave reviews for company's but the quality of my manicure was so poor I had to voice my experience. We paid $35 for gel and my friends nails chipped the VERY NEXT DAY. I was surprised because mine seemed fine but 2 days later my polish started to chip too and now less than a week later all of my nails are chilling. Not only that, but my nails are breaking too. I am tempted to go in and pitch a fit but based on other reviews they charge to redo nails. I will never go back to this place and urge all others to visit any one of the other nail salons in Boone.

The staff was friendly and my french manicure looked fine (some nails were a little crooked). I'm rating only two stars because the prices were way higher than I expected.. it was $40 just for a manicure.

Very poor final product. Nails totally look fake and there is globs of dried acrylic powder under my nails. Cost 50 dollars to get nails put on and will cost another 50 to have them fixed. I have pictures but don't know how to post. Do not recommend this place. I would rather have no nails then these!!!

Walked in in the afternoon and was gotten to almost immediately. Guided me to the best option for what I was looking for and gave me an amazing pink and white manicure. Will definitely be going back.

All I wanted was my acrylic taken off and the guy who did it was terrible. I had to ask him to soak them and he was annoyed with that. He nicked my nails like 4 times before I asked for someone to finish my nails and he jumped up saying you finish you finish when there was clearly still acrylic on my nails, uneven, not even smoothed down And I stayed calm and respectful saying thank you but he kept saying things still kept my calm. Lol and I when I first came in he kept saying I wanted a gel manicure and I said multiple times I did not ask for that lol just take off. Either way I'm from Charlotte I just go to ASU and I took a chance but I will never get my nails done here again. The picture I post is after I applied cuticle oil lol Cody did fix the other guys mistake so I tipped him $3 because I was gonna get my eyebrows done as well but I had lost all confidence by that point.
