  Everyone is always very polite and friendly and very accomodating. They allowed me to use one of their piano rooms to read through some music that I wanted to try to make sure I'd like it. On one occasion, I purchased a book that was missing several pages, and they offered me 3 options to fix the problem. I was also able to purchase a set of bells there at a good price.I've been very happy with them so far.

  Customer service was prompt and polite. However, whoever inspected my flute tried to take me for a ride. He said it needed to be completely repadded, which would cost more than the instrument was worth and offered two months free rental if I traded it in–a $54 evaluation. He also said the lip plate was worn and could be a hazard to someone with a nickel allergy. I took the same gemeinhardt flute to a music store on the east side of the state three days later. The owner marveled over the older instrument and how well that model is made and said it is WELL worth repadding it IF it needed it. She also said the lip plate was fine. Shame on you Meyer Music. I feel you only wanted to scam me out of my instrument so you could make a buck off of it for rental or resale.

  They did not have what we needed in Stock but found it for us at the other location. Very friendly and helpful.
