family doctor put in a request 2 different times for an appointment with them and they never contacted me with date or time. so I told my family doctor forget it don't need the appointment- then 2 months later I'm getting appointment reminder from them. Not impressed

By far surpasses the other practice I went to. Very thorough and actually took the time to explain and provide recommendations. Very much appreciated - especially nowadays with the lack of quality in the medical industry and their standards.
