  Yury was so pleasant to work with as a first time homebuyer! He was nothing short of professional in every respect. He was what I was looking for in a broker and more. As a first time home buyer you will have questions and Yury was available by phone, text, and email. He is very knowledgable on the markets and kept an eye on rates for me keeping me up to date so I can make an informed decision on when to lock in my rate.
  
  I'm a big believer in separating your team from recommendations provided by real estate agents so I picked Yury as my mortgage broker with intention. Lo' and behold my first agent turned out to be not so great so I am glad I didn't get stuck with their lender. Yury was there from start to finish and delivered every step of the way.
  
  If you can turn things around quickly Yury will be right behind you moving the process along. I was pre-approved 12/14, my offer was accepted on 12/26, loan was submitted and approved 12/27, and I was cleared to close by 1/9/23. Granted I took a few days to send over what I needed but the turn around from Yury was extremely quick! If you need to move quickly he's your guy.

  Yury did an amazing job, I would not have been able to do it without him. Extremely helpful, answered all my questions even when I called at non-working hours whether it be morning or afternoon he always answered or called me back immediately. Couldn't thank him enough for making the process so effortless. Would recommend to anyone especially first time home buyers like myself!

  Yury is one of the best brokers I've dealt with. I can see why he has a 5 star rating. He's super friendly, takes time to answer all your questions and gives his honest opinions. His response time is super prompt and even on the weekends he would touch base with me. I was able to succesfully close exactly as planned without any hiccups. I also did shop around with multiple brokers and he also gave me the best deal by far. I couldn't have asked for a better broker, highly recommend Yury!

  Yury is simply the best. He will operate with your best interest at heart. One great thing is you and your agent won't have issues getting in touch with him which can be crucial when trying to close. Very knowledgeable, honest and is just a genuine person.
