Absolutely wonderful service! They are always prompt and willing to help, and have never left us in the cold! We switched from Amerigas to Pennywise this past winter, and while we are still fighting with Amerigas, Pennywise has been a breeze to work with! Special thanks to Chris for always helping when we need it.

I love this company. They always get me my oil when I need it. The drivers are all gentleman and pleasant when they deliver; and the oil prices are fair.

Never had a problem. The drivers are friendly. One of them wadded 300 ft through the snow to get to the oil tank. I shovelled, but the storm broke two snow blowers on me Couldn't be helped.
Over the phone it's not bad, they may be a bit salty at times but helpful nonetheless.
The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because one of the drivers drove up my grass driveway and totally turned it to mush. Usually they run a line from the road.
I won't mention his name, but he was a good guy. I doubt it was out of malice or intentionally. I'll figure out how to fix it somehow.response / report this review -

Horrible customer service. Bought a top of the line fireplace insert from them and spent a ton of money and despite a 5 year warranty they will not come and fix it and it is just two yrs old this fall. They won't even come if we pay them. If we don't get fuel from them, which we don't, they want nothing to do with us except for the initial sale. STAY AWAY! NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Terrible customer service!!
I just spoke to a customer service representative who refused to schedule a maintenance service for my home unless i agreed to buy oil from them several times. I agreed to buy oil initially and then to set-up the maintenance service, I was still refused the service because I wasn't a regular customer. I am shocked at the level of customer service, apparently this business does not want any additional customers, I would never suggest this company.response / report this review -

They totally forgot to deliver oil in December even though we are on a budget plan. No heat on January 1st. They did come by later with some oil to get us by till full delivery. I feel they overcharge for repairs on boiler.
